I am a 71 yo man i am experiencing shopping Coinmama
I am a 71 yo man i am experiencing uncermountable chronic pain because of my past use of face mask intensive pin hole radiation therapy.
Using the PC is a painful experience because of my carpal tunell with fractured wrist and Peripheral Neuropathy .
I am genuinely very happy with the Coinmama facility because its format allows me to use the site without having to jump through hoops and wasting valuable time in its manner of operation.
The directions offered by the Coinmama facility i find easy to understand also i have managed to grasp recent site changes since my previous visits.
I had a few serious problems regarding the implementation of my new master card address updating.
However i did have to resort to communicating with Conor from customer service to help resolve my problem and he got back to me as quick as a flash even before i had time to scratch my short and curlies, The customer service i received several times i was impressed that Conor from customer service did stay with me until i was settled.
I being just an old pensioner a small time operator with what must have been a trivial problem ,
The empathy respect and help i received from Coinmama i did find very heart warming in my time of crisis. Thus i feel a genuine appreciation for Coinmama , it is so much more than just coin, its about people and these folk at CM are at the top when i think of it they carry the mantle of care and consideration the great calling they have accepted, and i bless them and their families in all good works with thanks.

Outstanding customer service. Their main customer service rep Carl is by far the best customer service agent I've ever had when dealing with anything online. Fast and detailed responses.
I made a mistake when making a transaction resulting in my sell order not going through. This was 100% my fault but they went out of their way to ensure I got my btc back in full with no fees etc involved. 10/10

Honestly in the past I never had any issues with their wallet app (or their customer support services), which they offer, also on their website FYI!
My payment was stuck in processing and has been for like a month now.
So I contacted their customer support, at first they claimed I didn't have an account with them, which I do I have been a customer with them for nearly a year!
Then they claimed also that they didn't offer a wallet App, well that's weird because I've been using that also for nearly a year!
Then he back peddled after I showed a screenshot of the App and he then claimed ''we don't offer support for the App anymore.''
Well if that's the case you should take it off of the App stores...!
After I showed evidence of my account existing and my payments existing in their own App, he said he would forward it to his tech team.
Haven't heard from them since and I'm honestly not surprised when he didn't even know how to find my info or that his company he works for has an actual wallet App. (The person I spoke to was Alex.)
I would have vented about it on their Facebook but I noticed they delete (negative) comments lol.
