Coinlist is a scam company. I deposited USDT and participated in an IDO with part of the amount. However, when I try to withdraw, it informs me that my account has restrictions. I sent all the requested documentation, but I only receive automatic messages informing me that the documents were not sufficient. I am Brazilian, I live in Brazil, I proved this, but they want documents in English. I sent documents in English, provided by my bank, but they still do not accept them. Run away from this platform. My amounts are withheld, with no possibility of withdrawal.

I have Sui funds staking in Coinlist. I unstaken them in May 2024. However I am still waiting for them to be unbounded. I have sent several mails to the support mail and I always receive a similar answer: 'experiencing an issue that is preventing SUI from being unbonded from the protocol'. This answer makes no sense, if Sui network had unbounded issues the entire project would have a big problem. Something weird happens with Coinlist. I think funds could have been stolen or lost but they dont want to admit that. Be careful with them.

The support is awful, they never solve your problems. 90% of the coins they sale are trash. A lot of people are still waiting for the TRIBAL token and CoinList are not doing anything. They are playing like middle man who is taking the cash and don't care if someone is lied/cheated...

Fees ubnormal, worst than them is only crypto.com.
But let's speak about the ICO that they list.

Except for Solana (which was obviously a lucky strike), all the other ICO listed are projects that or failed, or crashed after receiving the money, or let you wait years just to release and unlock the token.

Bought some tokens from an ICO, after months of waiting to get my tokens got messaged that I got banned and refuses to give an explanation why and how. I can only access withdrawals yet no tokens reflects on my wallet which was promised during ICO
real scammer move from this company they just shove off some excuses like I got engaged in prohibit use , prohibit business or violation of their terms like hell am buying that. What about my rights to those coins I bought not even a full disclosure of what happened really disappointed.

The customer service replied in less than 10 minutes. They quickly addressed the issue and provided the best answer possible. They were comprehensible and understanding as usual.
