We do our best to be as transparent as possible, therefore for buy trades with the card, we guarantee the rate for 15 minutes. For bank trades, we are not able to lock the rate because we simply never know when we will receive the transfer (or if we will receive it) from our customers.

When buying coins by card we lock the rate for you so you know the exact amount of coins that will be delivered to your wallet (after fees) before you click "Go to Payment" and actually pay for the trade.

Reliable, expert, friendly
I was a bit reluctant to do a large trade with an OTC provider. But Coinify made it very easy, zero risk, and secure.
I initially got some confidence after researching both Coinify and its bank. Both are registered with the financial regulator in their "home" countries.
Then I got in touch with Coinify and I was pleasantly surprised by both their responsiveness and professionalism.
After the very stringent KYC and AML they put me through, I knew that they were a solid and legitimate organisation.
I went ahead with the trade and everything worked perfectly and exactly as I was told initially.
I will certainly use them again for all my future trades.

Had a duplicate trade with selling Bitcoin... Coinify rectified the situation in a couple hours via email. No hassle. Perfect customer service. And you can imagine if/when you sell Bitcoin and you don't get what you expect... you think it's gone and no one will help you get it back. Coinify came through.

It took 4 weeks to receive money
I've been using Coinify to sell BTC for more than 3 years, and everything were great and fast. But 4 weeks ago I created a sell trade and received nothing to my bank account. Customer support were asking to wait for few more day every time I contacted them. After that they asked to wait for "up to 2 weeks" while bank is searching for missed transaction. So they ignored me for 2 weeks, and I contacted them, they told me that they received money back from their bank, and that they are ready to re-send it or to make a refund via BTC. So I gave them details where to re-send it, and they are ignoring me once again for a whole week already. I don't know what is happening to this company, but it is very suspicious. Customer support doesn't answer in weeks, and money doesn't arrive to my bank account. But, I created another sell trade with minimum amount of BTC after that, and it was completed with no problem, as usual.
UPDATE: Received money in 30 minutes after posting this review. So I changed score from 1 star to 3

They are taking 34.8 USD for a 30.60…
They are taking 34.8 USD for a 30.60 USD Tether transaction. I've contacted them, and they state this is because of the "handling fee and risk margin."
- In their world, there are risks associated with Tether (which is built to make risks 0).
- In their world, they might have risks while delivering my Tethers to the merchant.
- In their world, they take handling fees from the customer, not the merchant (All payment processors take handling fees from merchants).
They are stealing money from the customers in all ways they can. I can imagine how much they take from merchants while processing payouts.

Update:
I see your response; Coinbase and Coinpayments are your competitors and they do not take that fees you get. So, your answer is an excuse and has no value.

The reason the fees seem high on small amounts, is how the cryptocurrency is exchanged at our liquidity providers - a flat amount is charged to cover network fees, for higher payment amounts this becomes negligible. We are sorry to hear that you believe we steal from customers, this is of course not the case.

I decided to sell a small amount of BTC…
I decided to sell a small amount of BTC (from ledger) to check how the transaction worked through Coinify. It did not work at all. The sale from coinify was quoted about $400 below the other BTC prices on multiple website quotes. It took 1 day to confirm the trade, then they claimed that the money would be transferred to my bank account within 7 days. It's been 8 days, no sign of the deposit. This is the last time I will use Coinify. 7 days for a fund transfer? And it doesn't show up?
Update: They didn't address the quote difference: As of 8:40 EDT. Coinify was again taken at 8:43

Forgot to mention, if you go through Ledger and request a PURCHASE from Coinify, the quote is 29613. No wonder crypto has a bad reputation. It makes me question my choice of Ledger, as a hard wallet provider. Their choice of this partner 'sucks'. Coinify is a total scam.
