Fair prices

This client received their package and are falsely claiming they "got nothing". Their package was sent via Fedex 2nd day air under tracking #783881782125 and a signature was received by the carrier confirming receipt. We have made multiple attempts to contact this client and determine what they meant by writing they "got nothing", however we have never received a call back or email. As the 3rd generation owner of Guidance Corporation for over 35 years (coinguide.com), we have NEVER failed to send a client their products once a payment has been made and we take all claims, disputes and complaints very seriously. We believe this client was unhappy with the timeframe for their ACH payment to clear.
