Multiple Transaction Failures!
Since receiving a wallet from Coinflip, I have encountered a series of issues. I have been attempting to transfer funds to the same address since November 7th, as I have successfully done in the past. Howeve, I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions, both by phone and email, to see why this keeps occurring and to request expedited answers on delivery of the funds. Despite my efforts, and now the weekend is almost over and I have yet to receive a resolution from the company.

SHOUTOUT TO COINFLIP!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the company and the guys I've dealt with at CoinFlip.
I have been using them for a number of months now and want to acknowledge the great service and the ease at which it is to deal with this company.
I've used their ATM machines and have to say that in comparison, the rates you're given are much better than other companies...so let's start there!
Secondly to be able to buy in larger amounts I set up "Preferred account"
This was easy to do and was set up in no time.
After that you're assigned a CS REP. The fellow I deal with, Isiah, is amazing. Excellent follow-up, quick service, and he is very personable. I can't thank him enough!
I feel this company and the people that work for it are really settling a high standard in an age that just doesn't feel CS is that important or have to make their customers feel good about dealing with them.
If you're looking to do business in this space, and are looking for great rates,and great CS I can't recommend CoinFlip enough!!

I tested them selling $1k of my crypto and within just a couple of hours it was wired and available in my bank. Plan to use them in the future too for much bigger movements.
