Cowboy company
Coincorner support still not responded to my emails at all since having my transaction pending. Don't trust these cowboys.
BTC stuck since Dec 30th. Now BTC price is dipping again like crazy and I can't even access my funds.

We can see a successful card deposit on your account which appears to have been instant and used to buy BTC quickly. We can also see a bank deposit that was credited to your account yesterday. Please note that there may have been some delays with the crediting of bank deposits this weekend as they are credited during our standard office hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and there was also a bank holiday on Monday due to New Year.
You should find that any future deposits are credited more promptly upon receipt in our account, as long as they are received within our standard office hours.

Absolute clowns
Absolute clowns. Worst UI/UX you'll lay your eyes on this far into the 21st century. Utterly woeful support and sending Bitcoin pends for a LOT longer than is acceptable. They say up to 15 minutes for their system to intiate the transfer (not including blockchain process time). As I write this, I've been waiting over an hour. Disgusting.

Difficult to contact, poor support. Limited working hours
Difficult to contact. Money I transferred not registered on the platform more than 36 hours after the money was released from my bank. You run normal office hours when crypto markets are operational 24/7. How can I take advantage of dips if I haven’t got 24/7 access to support where there are technical issues like now where I have to sweat until Monday morning to see if you have received my payments. What’s worse is I could miss the dip. I think two stars are generous

Thanks for leaving a review, I believe you have been in communication with our support team regarding the some of the points you raise.
On some larger deposits our banking partner may temporarily hold the funds in a pending state while some documentation is obtained. We appreciate that this may not be ideal in certain situations, however this is a requirement put in place by our banking partner and one we must abide with. We try to work with our bank to get funds released as quickly as possible once the requested documents have been received from the user, however ultimately the release of the funds must be initiated by our banking partner and not CoinCorner.

We are sorry to see that you would only rate our service one star. We are surprised to see that you found our fees high, as we believe that our fees are inline with our main competitors fees for the same actions.
There are some ways to minimise the fees you are subject to though. There are no deposit fees associated with bank deposits, and you can withdraw BTC with no fee via the Lightning Network if you have a Lightning compatible wallet to withdraw to.

Scam for newbies.... you can get paid via bitcoin but you cant get money out... apparently banks don't trust them ( wonder why) You're better off using a more reputable company.. and fees are a complete scam
