The customer service got back to me, addressing all my concerns and even kept track of the previous question I had raised with them several months before!
Coincorner does not promote trading in shitcoins and for that reason I have nothing but the highest praise for them.

Good Trading Platform - Simple and Easy to Use
CoinCorner does what I need it to do in relation to BTC very well.
Simple and easy to set-up a regular (weekly) purchase - this has helped reduce my average cost / 'share', as I made my 1st BTC purchase back in March 2021.
The platform is very easy to use and provides simple reporting.
I can see that there are facilities that I don't currently use - e.g. stacking accounts, which may be useful for a larger holding to be allocated to specific uses/areas.
CoinCorner feels secure and I currently trust the platform to hold my BTC - again not a major risk for me as my holding is currently a very small proportion of my investment portfolio and TBH I am still in a very long testing and observation period with BTC.
I also like that CoinCorner has employed 'people' to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided - refreshingly old school in the world of crypto.

Knowledge and calm in helping me out
I had an urgent issue to deal with and was lucky enough to have Ross in customer support helping me. Ross distinguished himself in two important ways:
1) He really knew what he was talking about and led me to a solution expeditiously.
2) He was calm and professional which is as crucial as knowing what the answer is. This left me feeling assured throughout the process and made the experience really easy to go through.

A genuinely good experience. A UK based crypto company, with an easy to use user interface. Support is excellent with emails being received during office hours within minutes of posting. Cashing out to UK Bank no problem at all, and all in a timely manner. Perfect !

Coincorner offers a fantastic service whereby I can transact in cryptocurrency payments via my business. The service suits me as I was able to sign up for a business account and I am also able to pay money in using account number and sort code (Making it easy for me to fund the account via my business bank). The support is very responsive as well and on the rare occassion that I have had an issue they generally have things sorted within the hour. It is also handy that they support lightning network payments.

Had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Easy to buy/sell and send/receive Bitcoin both on PC and with their app, especially with Lightning. Lots of their employees are active on Twitter, so you can get help there and get a look at what the company are up to, which is nice to see. Can fully recommend.
