Access blocked to account with no feasible solution
Customer service for Coinbase is absolutely useless. They won't accept my government issued ID and told me they will continue blocking access to my account until I get a new ID. But the government of my province is the one who gave me this ID and they won't change what is says until I move. So until I move, Coinbase will not allow me access to my crypto!?!? They would not transfer my call to a supervisor, stating they had no authority to do so. They wouldn't even put in a callback request for me, saying I had to do it through my account. The account they're blocking my access to!!!! Like WTF??? I've used Coinbase for almost 2 years and until now, no real problems, but blocking all access to my own money completely negates all other experiences I've had. A total nightmare if you have lots of funds in your account. Don't trust them to do the right thing. They gave me NO OTHER SOLUTION for access.
