AI Medical Preauthorizations & communications thru Cohere are a detriment to health care

This company is subcontracted by major health insurers to process medical preauthorization requests. They use AI robocalls to contact patients which does not instill trust, confidence or privacy. Further, they are extremely slow, despite using advanced AI systems to review medical authorizations. Cohere does not add value to anyone's health care experience-- not providers or patients.
