Not worth the money, listing dates not shown- many are old

Cohabitas is behind a paywall and assists those over 40 to connect and sub-let rooms or seek accomodation in the UK.
My partner and I signed up, created a listing & reached out to 5 people but did not receive a response from anyone.

Cohabitas does not show the date the listing was created. All listings I contacted were old (and unavailable) but in order to find this out I had to sign up, pay and follow up multiple times.
There is also no way to contact Cohabitas about old listings even though they claim they have a "get in touch form".
Stick sites that do not charge to contact.
