My experience with Cognition Evolve has been extremely positive, providing me with the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. The apprenticeship has covered a range of management sections, giving me valuable knowledge and practical skills that I have been able to apply within my role. I have particularly enjoyed networking with other professionals, sharing experiences and learning from different perspectives. Overall, I have gained a great deal of confidence and knowledge throughout the programme and I am looking forward to presenting back what I have learnt and demonstrating how I have applied it within the workplace.
