Buying from a vending machine should be quick and easy - select the item, pay, collect. This app makes it so much more complicated - to the point that my colleagues insisted on going without a drink because they saw how much hassle it was to order something from the vending machine. Login, connect to the vending machine, specify the limit for charging your card, authorise with the bank return to the app, select an item (if it hasn't timed out by this point), then don't forget to disconnect the app otherwise the next person in line gets a free drink on your bill.
