I'm very satisfied for my order that…

I'm very satisfied for my order that like 2 or 3 year ago,and till thisbyear i just found out that i lost a part from my last order and Tudor ask where the part and i told him that what i received is in the picture.Even it's 2 / 3 year ago order,Tudor still send the missing part to me without any doubt. It's hard to met this kind of seller with full responsibility and trust to customer.
As a customer and also a small businessman, no matter how perfect we're, hater will always there

Great service, communication, and parts for La Pavoni

I've made 3 orders from Coffee-Sensor. 2 which have been fulfilled, and 1 that is pending. In all cases, I forgot to purchase something, and Tudor from Coffee-Sensor has made it easy to add to the order. In the last order, a part was delayed, but they let me know immediately that this was the case, so I opted to wait. Each time an order was completed, it was shipped very quickly, and everything was packaged well, and every product I received from them worked perfectly. After my final order is complete, my La Pavoni will have all the upgrades I desire, but I will still continue to use their service for maintenance parts in the future.

I bought 12 items from Cofee Sensor for…

I bought 12 items from Cofee Sensor for a total amount of about 600 euros, There were 3 orders. They made a mistake in the first order: they sent a stainless steel piston instead of brass.

In the third order, B-Push Steam Valve did not work (the piston did not go down, you had to press with your finger so that it would go down, having previously removed the lid. I contacted Coffe Sensor with this problem, replace the part or compensate for the damage. To which I was answered: try to install the spring or remove the washer. What spring? It wasn't included. Shouldn't the product work out of the box? - to which Coffe Sensor replied: send all the accessories that I bought from him, and these are 12 items from 3 orders. What do 11 items have to do with this spare part? I'm shocked. This is the first time I've seen this attitude towards customers who have spent more than 600 euros on useless accessories from Coffe Sensor and have no support

Hi Sergiy and again, sorry for the troubles and errors, but important details were left out intentionally by you, so that the review will have more impact on the possible customers and people that will see this.

I guess this was your last try to badly impact me and my family business as much as possible right?
I also see you never reviewed anything else before on Trustpilot, this is your first review...strange but I understand why.

1. You are the most verbally aggressive and impatient customer I HAVE EVER HAD and this has a direct connection with our collaboration ending so soon.
I am sorry I have to write this, but unfortunately this is my first such bad case and hope I will never have to go through something similar ever again.
I replied to you, in more then 15 emails you have sent me. i was more then open to solutions and explanations, so that your journey with us would remain good.
2. At each problem that did occur, your first desire / need was TO GET MONEY COMPENSATIONS, even if, for example, you got a stainless piston and not a brass. So you actually received the exact same product just different material. I did offer compensation right? Too bad you did not mention this either. I'm not saying that I did not send a wrong material, but using it with no problem and asking for money back, that's not me, sorry...
3. You were aggressive and always wanted the products to get to you instantly, but failed to mention you are from a country where WE DO NOT SHIP OR SHIPPING IS VERY EXPENSIVE (around 50-70 eur for a small envelope). That is an important detail.
For example, if I want to send you replacements, how can I do that? The entire situation was bad from the start and our communication was very slow and bad. After so many emails exchanged, and I quote, you said "I paid for a new working and very expensive (overrated accessory). These are not my problems, but yours. Take action. Compensate or send a working part".

Is this the way to collaborate with me and my family business?

In the same time, thousands of customers have my parts on their machines and use them nice and easy and everything went perfect.
Because I need to work with so much people, I need to protect myself from bad situations and aggressive people, because others depend on me to provide them the perfect product and perfect services. And I do try to do that, giving 110% EVEN FOR A GASKET !!!

I needed to protect my family, my business and my sanity and had no choice but to clearly send you a request for return, even if the products are all used.

And I quote from my reply: "Please send all the parts you have purchased from me back. Including the latest parts you have purchased. BTW, the return has to be made from the country to where we shipped the products, so take this into consideration.
Keep the return receipt shipping tax so that we pay the return tax also."

Is this bad from my side? I accepted a return AND A FULL REFUND and in the same time, will pay for the return tax. Just think about it for a moment and maybe you will get back to me.

Unfortunately, your last part of the review is a total lie. Again, I know the reason and don't want to get into details, but it just did not happen like this.

In the same time, just yesterday, guys wrote about me and my business, and again I quote: "your products are wonderful and service fantastic.. ignore the haters 😊" while another customer posted on FB: "seriously the service Tudor Petriman provides is stellar. I’ve been having some little difficulties along the way on a few installs and he has been responsive, patient, and informative. The guy truly cares how his products are working for people."

So, I wait for your returned products and I will fully refund, including the shipping tax. And that would be indeed a sad ending to a collaboration, but I'm not perfect and unfortunately, I cannot do more in some cases.

But again, in such a bad case, I just had no choice.

I have ordered 3 or 4 times from Coffee…

I have ordered 3 or 4 times from Coffee Sensor. I keep coming back for a reason. All of the products I have received so far have been just excellent, shipping has been fast and, well can't really blame the prices either. Some parts might seem to be pricey, but I think the quality is up to the price.

Just Perfect

Website is well done, i was very afraid to buy there cause prices are very low regarding what we have in UK or others. I bought spareparts for La Pavoni, even a thermostat (127°C instead of 122 but didnt notice any trouble)and a protection of this part. Order on Wednesday at 13h00, received on friday very early by DHL. Parcel well packed. Im Soooo happy of this seller, all is fitting very well and i got back my machine working even better than new one.

The service is excellent

The service is excellent, queries responded to immediately with expert advice. Products supplied are excellent value and quality (better than the original).
Shipping was very fast from Europe to UAE in a few days. Very happy customer. As a footnote the website if clearly laid out easy to navigate with a lot of extra detailed info, excellent.

Quick processing and delivery, high quality.

The ordering process was fine but after adding an item to the cart and going back to add more I had to navigate again from the begining rather than going back to where I left. For some reason I didn't receive a confirmation email right after ordering. I actually had some problems because my browser popup blocker initially messed up the payment step, so I had to reload the page. So maybe it's related to that. However, I used the order tracking feature and was pleased to see that the order was processed and dispatched very quickly. The items were delivered very quickly and I'm very pleased with the quality.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I did not update the website looks and functions all the way from 2017 to 2024. The update process started recently and the look and functionality is something I work on for two or three months now. It's a long and slow process. So sometimes some glitches and problems do appear because I am now using new functionality and plugins, to make the journey and experience of the customer better and faster. Sorry for all the error and I hope we will finish the redesign and updates as soon as possible.
