Review: Fraudulent Business – Sent Fake Product and Refused Refund

I ordered a product from COD Sales through their website, but they sent me something completely different and fake. Despite their website's claim of a 30-day refund policy, they refused to honor it when I requested a return on the same day. On WhatsApp, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in resolving the issue or exchanging the product. This business is deceiving customers, and I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them to prevent losing their money.
