Any purchase through CodeShack is a scam. The key code may or may not work but you will never be able to reinstall it on a new PC. The reason for this is the licence they are selling is a MSDN licence, which means the product can only be installed on one PC full stop. What they are doing is illegal and it can be guaranteed you will not be able to get in contact with them again, neither will MicroSoft accept any responsibility for it even though they approved the MSDN licence to CodeShack.
One thing you can be sure of is the loss of money and hitting a brick wall.

Codeshack does NOT deserve any star review. IMG file is not valid. Downloaded the ZIP file and extracted. ZIP file did install but the codeshack provided license key is invalid. Tried reaching out to helpdesk provided but site is not safe. I'm one of the fools parted with my money.

I have never received the product. can't get in touch with them. the email they give is not true.

Install went normally. However, when attempting activation, I received a message that the product key was invalid. Microsoft redirected to phone activation. This was also unsuccessful. Attempts to contact codeshack digital/support via the link on my receipt came up negative.

Major SCAM!! Do not purchase any Microsoft products from unknown sites.

Lesson learned.

Received message stating the product was pirated and the key was invalid. Attempts to contact codeshack digital/support via the link on my receipt result in the following standard HTML message.

"Hmmm… can't reach this pageCheck if there is a typo in codeshack.digital.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

Emails through Hotmail/Outlook are undeliverable.

Unable to contact Codeshack in any way to resolve this issue.

I am currently out of the purchase price and am saddled with a product I cannot use.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw the price, but I purchased this program about 2 months ago and was just now able to get it downloaded and installed, no fault of CodeShack, I was just buried with paperwork. The download and install went seamlessly and is working perfectly. I would definitely order again. Thanks so much.

I purchase the "Office" product on the 25 Feb'22, I still await. All emails are undeliverable; is this a SCAM?

Lol, was dubious considering price. Had issue as some using PayPal. Needed key in a hurry for my 2nd laptop - Arka. Email to CodeShack in week at night and email back within an hr. Thanks, superb comms, never expected that. Product installed from link sent. Arka faster without Office 365. Wished I had done this sooner. I don't need and don't want Onedrive on a 2nd laptop.

Ordered MS office, downloaded it and it wouldn't work. Accessed the support website and found it was now chat based support. The techs took over laptop and after a lot of cleaning refundant files from other ms office apps got it working fine

Good service but be aware that if you are paying by PayPal you must wait for the PayPal invoice and pay it immediately. I mistakenly assumed that once I selected to pay by PayPal and authorised the payment that the download key would then be sent. Duh

Like other reviewers, I was skeptical at first. After researching, I went ahead and purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus. I received an immediate confirmation and email with the product key. Installed with absolutely no problem. I have since referred three friends.

I was very sceptical to start with but checked reviews and done some research and after stalling for months I decided to take the plunge and purchased OFFICE 2021 PROFESSIONAL PLUS FOR WINDOWS after my subscription from the microsoft store became due.
