A regular scam. I usually check everything before I do something, but not this time. I thought that for $35 (that's how much the Basic 1 service bought from them costs) this time I shouldn't worry so much.
What I can say is that they are a regular scam. Namely, they are super friendly and responsive until you buy their service. As soon as I bought the service, things happened according to the following scenario:
1. The first thing after I paid was the fact that I could not log in as a customer on their website. I contacted them and as usual they were very kind and assured me that it is a temporary technical problem and that their programmers are working to solve the problem.
2. More than 24 hours have passed during which it was still not possible to log in to the area client. I contacted them again. From this moment the boys started to be more and more inaccessible. They responded late, where I received another reply that they are working.
3. I opened a ticket with High priority. Today is the third day since the payment was made. The guys are active on the support chat, but ... surprise, when I write them about my problem, they automatically send me a message where I am informed that no one from support is available and to contact them on whatsapp.
4. From here on I will come back with details :)
From what I have checked, few people fall into their trap. I was wondering, what kind of scam is this. Lie to a few people once in a while. How much money do you make from this? But later I remembered that this guys are from India, the country where $35 make you a millionaire for half a year :)). So it is definitely a profitable "business" for them :D

You stole from the wrong person, this is going to be the end of your website and stealing activities. Maybe others didn't have the time to put in the effort to report you but I will see to it that you are not only reported but tracked. You are not that smart to have covered you tracks the entire time, foolish scammers like you and your team always slip up, you always make mistakes. Anyway, this is the end of your website scamming activities

SCAMMERS!!! Daylight robbers. Once they have your money, they stop answering and providing support. They're criminals. Dont patronize them. You will regret full time.

Customer service exists only until the order is done, and the service is paid. After them, ticket are not opened and online support supremely not available. I highly recommend not using any of the offered services.
