A Cautionary Review Based on My Experience. Sharing My Experience With CodeMojo.ai

I approached CodeMojo.ai with optimism and a clear vision for my project. Although the company appeared relatively new and had limited verifiable information available at the time, I decided to give the platform a try and invested both time and money. Everything below reflects **my personal experience only**.

During my time using the platform, I personally encountered recurring technical issues, non-functional features, and repeated system errors that prevented meaningful progress. The site frequently displayed automated notifications stating that issues had been “fixed,” but in my case the same problems continued. Over time, new bugs also appeared, and the overall stability did not seem to improve.

The free credits provided by the platform were consumed very quickly. At one point the system generated what appeared to be a promising page, which initially gave me the impression that progress was being made. When those credits ran out, I enrolled in a low-cost paid plan. However, the credits in that plan were also used up rapidly, and the interface seemed to encourage upgrading to a higher-tier plan in order to keep the project going. Even after upgrading, the credits continued to deplete quickly, and despite repeated messages indicating issues were “resolved,” I did not see any meaningful improvement or usable results.

I also want to share my experience regarding billing. In my case, charges were applied to my credit card **as usage occurred**, rather than in the traditional “flat monthly” manner that I initially expected. I later realized that this pay-as-you-go style of charging was described on a different page of the website, rather than being highlighted on the plan-upgrade screen itself. Because of this, I would encourage others to carefully check all billing-related pages to fully understand how charges may be applied. I am not suggesting any wrongdoing — I am simply describing my own experience and the impression it gave me at the time.

When I attempted to contact customer support for clarification and assistance, I found it increasingly difficult to reach someone. Many calls went unanswered, and email responses were inconsistent. As of the time of this review, my concerns have not been resolved.

Coming from an IT and engineering background, the overall experience was **disappointing**, especially considering the significant amount of time I invested. Someone without a technical background might find the process even more challenging.

My only goal in sharing this review is to provide an accurate account of **my personal experience**, so others can make informed decisions. Anyone considering services like this may want to closely review credibility, support responsiveness, billing clarity, and actual delivery capability before committing time or financial resources.

Given the trust I placed in the platform and the amount of time and effort I invested without receiving the expected results, **I hope CodeMojo.ai will take meaningful steps to address these issues**.

If CodeMojo.ai resolves these concerns in a fair and constructive way, I am fully open to updating this review to reflect a positive outcome.
