Billing my bank account after I removed subscription
I used it for my son for his practical placement and after I have stopped subscription in 2025 they kept billing ny account. After I have contacted support they are just saying we cannot find your account pleaese provide the email, and after I do they say we cannot find it, I had only one account and I can still login with it. I asked if they can contact me, dead silence.. this is their business model I think. We will need to start legal actions against them as they do not respond on support. 🤷♀️ i hope they will take this seriously.

Not a good investment
I purchased a lifetime family bundle a couple of years back. At the time the site and support appeared to be active and i made the decision to futureproof the license to support the growing family, on the basis that the company offered a money-back guarantee from the point the platform it used. Two years on, the first use of the platform is a poor one. Looking at other comments it's consistent - a well designed platform with lots of potential, but the first hurdle faced we're not receiving any support - which is a key part of the proposition - to guide kids with zero experience. It appears in hindsight now to be a waste of money rather than a good investment.

My son tried it and didnt like it. They auto renewed after 1 year and I emailed to get my money back for it and no response. It says on their website you can get your money back within 30 days and they do not honor that. Would never join this again

SCAM SCAM SCAM. It appears this USED TO BE a great company, but they sold it. The new owners collect money only and offer ZERO customer support. They took my monthly payment without connecting my Username to my account, and my son could not use the program once! Now it no longer says I have an account with them, and I am forced to cancel my credit card and get a new one so that I am not charged from them monthly.

My son wanted this, so I subscribed, but as it was a lot of money, only chose to do a year, so cancelled the renewal. It renewed anyway, so I reached out on social media (X), but no response (even after a couple of weeks). Next, I emailed them using the provided email. Still no response.
Previous replies on Trustpilot from the company, say they send out a reminder 7 days before the renewal. I have searched my emails, and no such email has been received.
The price I was billed for the renewal doesn't even match the published annual subscription.

Update: 6 days in and they havent even checked my support request. I do believe theyre just scamming us at this point.
I wish I could give zero stars at this point. We've had to reach out to support quite a few times over the last few months. The support "team" is an unmanned inbox clearly. When I do get a response, it's them asking for me to describe the situation, which I already did in my initial message. I explain again then they ghost me. Days later I reach out again, nothing. At one point I sent a very frustrated email and they said their tech support person was temporarily out if the office, but why not say that upfront? They refunded me for that month but I was highly annoyed. My kid really likes the learning platform, so we stuck with it and tried to push on and figure it out. We'll were stuck again, his code is exactly what it's supposed to be and it isn't working. I copied and pasted his code in the support box and after nearly 24 hours, NO RESPONSE. Sometimes the code blocks don't match up with the video which can be frustrating. I'm not expecting to have my hand held, but some guidance and actual support would be nice. Give us a starting point to be able to figure out issues with your own platform. I'm really considering canceling my subscription, this is insanely bad support.

Great service to get kids into coding.
My son loves this coding website, the service had a slight hiccup when the website wasn't functioning properly for a few weeks but it has since been fixed and works great! A great way to get your kids interested in coding.

Do not purchase. The program does not work. I'm mostly upset because I have reached out multiple times , over multiple days by chat message and email to the company for a refund with no response.

UPDATE: 2 weeks after contacting Customer Support through online chat and email they eventually got back to me ('copy and paste' email sent to William... who's William???) to say that...
1) They'd had tech issues with their service platform so weren't seeing Customer Support requests (even though I contacted them multiple ways)
2) They'd had tech issues with their server - hence why were unable to use the service.
They've told me they will refund the month I've paid for (I've been told it will take 5-10 working days for that to be processed. As of checking, no refund received yet, but we're within this time). They've also cancelled the direct debit.
Funny that even with all these tech issues, they can still advertise on Google and still have a working payment gateway to take money.
Hmmmm... am I too cynical???

I have messaged Customer Support 6 times overs the past 5 days and they're not even reading the messages.
This probably was once a reputable company, but (having looked at Company's House) the original founders have left the business - and it looks like the current owner is paying for hosting the sales landing page, but nothing else.
My son got really excited about learning coding and this is just a scam. Taking money from people when they know their site doesn't work.
Thankfully I only bought one month - but (of course) I can't log into my account now to cancel my subscription and I doubt anyone will issue a refund.
Means I'll have to waste further time contacting my bank to get them to cancel the direct debit.
