Children just access online games & don't learn

I paid for a term of Code camp after school club & was very disappointed.

I complained several times & was met with promises to improve but nothing changed.

I paid £10ph but the kids were just playing POKY online games on the schools ipads & doing colouring etc because they couldn't get the coding to work & the staff were unable to help everyone.

The class was too big & the facilitators were overwhelmed.

Younger children in the class cant understand how to even log in or open tabs & the staff had to spend so much time helping them that older kids got bored.

When Code Camp after school club was new at our school they released bookings & I booked, then they emailed saying they'd accepted too many kids - not sure how this happened with an online booking system?

Code camp replied promptly to my emails, admitting problems & promising to improve next term, but ignored my request for a refund or partial refund.
