Scam/phishing outfit!!! You receive an email inviting you to complete a survey and they will send a car kit all you have to do is pay postage.
Your then signed up to a rolling subscription. This company act shocked when contacted but they know exactly what they are and what they are doing! Report report report!!

A scam site that piggy-backed off of another site, so I put my details into their site instead of the one I thought I was buying from, then got charged for a subscription I never agreed to.
Subscription cancelled and a dispute raised with the support of my bank for deception and misconduct from this company. Absolutely awful behaviour.

Scam - Do not be seduced by a cheap Boots deal!
Advertised on Facebook under a sponsored advert as a cheap Boots deal with great reviews so I ordered it. £2 was supposed to be taken but £3.56 and was charged as Codetutor-eu - a company I was unaware of and had never knowingly dealt with. Noticed another amount of £43.56 being charged to my card from the same company. I investigated further to discover I had apparently unknowingly signed up to a software subscription. I swiftly found and went on to their site and cancelled the subscription immediately and will contact Action Fraud and my credit card provider to see if I can obtain a refund. I had bought something on facebook Boots box of goodies, (rookie mistake) and the initial money came out of my account. Alarm bells rang when I received no response of confirmation for delivery and purchase. A further £23.03 came out of my bank account which is apparently a subscription I paid for. There was no literature at the point of payment. I’ve emailed them and they sent a reply to say that they have cancelled my subscription’. Asking them for a refund for both the non existent item and the‘subscription’ and they are now ignoring me. I’m hoping that Visa will be able to help me. So, no matter how genuine the photos of happy customers with their purchases, don’t fall for it.

I ordered a box from boots, and had to pay a delivery fee.
Never thought anything of it, yet have had over £120 taken from me. I finally found out who the charges were from, and emailed them asking for a refund as I never had any knowledge of any subscription. I had no emails from them showing I had subscribed to anything. (I did a search when I saw it on my statement)
After i emailed them, they replied saying that I had signed up and they had set me up an account. This is all very underhand and obviously an easy way for them to dupe unsuspecting people out of funds.
I asked for a refund, no success. The bank will need to take this further, and also the police
Total fraud, how can companies get away with this?

Don't know how to report them but they should not be allowed to get away with just taking money for unauthorized subscription fees when you have NO CLUE to who or what they do. Who even are these people???
I go to my bank account this morning only to find two unauthorised payments from a company I have no knowledge of…one for £3.47 on August 13th and one for £45.77 on August 15th!
Seriously not happy and am in contact with my bank to get this investigated and shut down.
I’m reading here that this is a 12 month subscription I’ve ’taken out’ but have never even heard of the company and certainly would not be taking out subscriptions unless I knew what I was signing up for.
Isn’t this fraud??
I’d appreciate someone from the company replying to this as I’m having no joy in contacting them via telephone.
What a disgraceful way to operate, it shouldn’t surprise me as there’s so much dishonesty about and yet it does.

Side note - initially I tried calling this ‘company’ and the call didn’t even connect hence I’ve put it into the hands of the bank and fraud officers who were efficient and thorough.

Misleading Subscription Traps on Code Tudor.eu
The platform Code Tudor.eu advertises an introductory offer of approximately €3. However, this appears to be a concealed subscription trap. Upon initiating payment, consumers are confronted with two charges: one for roughly €3 and another for approximately €60. The latter is in fact a one-year subscription fee. Although the provider asserts that the subscription may be cancelled within the first few days, it insists that the initial €60 payment remains mandatory.
This practice may violate applicable EU consumer protection laws, including:
• Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC)
• Article 6(1) considers it misleading to highlight only part of the price (e.g., the €3), creating a false impression of a favorable deal.
• Article 7 further deems it misleading omission if significant charges (such as the €60 subscription fee) are not presented as conspicuous as the initial price.
• Annex I (inertia selling, point 29) classifies billing consumers for services they have not explicitly solicited (i.e., a hidden yearly subscription) as inherently unfair.
• Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
• Article 6 requires disclosure of all essential contract terms, including the total price per billing period and subscription duration.
• Article 9 grants consumers a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; Article 10 extends this period to 12 months if withdrawal information has not been correctly provided.
• German “Fair Consumer Contracts Act” (Gesetz für faire Verbraucherverträge, effective 1 July 2022)
Although specific to Germany, these rules reflect best practices for EU-level subscription fairness. Providers must offer a clear “termination button” and a confirmation page, easily accessible without login hurdles. Failure to comply allows consumers to cancel immediately and without penalty.
