Product arrived timely. Only issue was trying to figure out how to put it together. Also, I have some serum residue on my face after application, and some bleeding. Is all that normal?

Great products and excellent customer service
I fell in love with cocunat's products a couple of years ago and use their skin care products everyday. Not only are their products great but their customer service is also excellent. I reached out to them recently as an order had not arrived. They responded quickly and efficiently and kept me updated as they checked into the matter with their carrier. A replacement order was soon on its way to me!

Had no affect on my face.
I purchased the coconat clinical beauty filler. It was carefully and neatly packed. The instructions for use was easy to follow with a video and also step by step diagrams. It was a painless procedure and after my skin felt refreshed. However, after one application and two weeks on there has been no change of improvement to my nasolabial lines and no noticeable firmness to my face. I feel disappointed at the results and because it’s quite expensive I’m reluctant to purchase another to find out if a second application will improve a better outcome.
The Absolute serum was part of the free gift and would recommend and will probably purchase as it felt and settled nicely on my face.

Beautiful products
Your products are beautiful. I won’t be buying them again but they are beautiful but I have to pay so much money for them to come into Australia and then I wasn’t aware and I end up two orders paid nearly AU$1000 so I was very disappointed, regards Manola Sutton.

I emailed about my recent purchase about my free gift which was the face wash. The pump didn’t dispense the product. I only ask for a new pump so I can apply the correct amount but no one bother to get back to me. I figured it wasn’t that important to you but as far as the reason I bought the product it’s only minor results so far. I do understand it could take a few more applications in the next few months.

Cocunat is the worst for customer service. I ordered the 12 month set and I appears that customs will not let this package go through.
Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I ordered this product and I am getting nothing but THE RUN AROUND from Cocunat and FED EX. It is not my responsibility to clear your package. It is your job to get it to me. Your AI customer service sucks and FED EX has emailed 2 times and called me for information about your company. R U KIDDING ME ?

Amazing products
Received quickly, beautifully packaged and by far the best smelly and quality curly hair products I’ve used.
Most curly products are heavy and drag my curls down, this is the only product I find does not do this!

Only used this micro needling once. I received another brand of micro needling, so I used that brand in the interim. Have also been using the Clinical Molecular Therapy every night. So far I have not seen any change in my skin. ☹️

Subscription not what I expected
I set up the next 6 monthly subscription deliveries but did not receive what I set up. I also am not happy with the increased subscription cost without the ability to order what I truly want to purchase. When I first started the subscription program 3 years ago I could purchase exactly what I wanted, now the choices are limited.

I love all the products, new packaging is awful
I love all the products! I have been ordering for years. Your recent packaging changes are awful. So much waste. I order a lot of products at one time, and I open all those boxes upon arrival to toss them into recycling. They are unnecessary. They used to come in the peanuts that I wash down the sink without issue. Yes I recycle, but there is a process to do that.
