Purchased a few pairs of shoes (flats, boots, trainers) and I can honestly say this is high-quality footwear (genuine leather that feels like butter, excellent quality stitching and perfect fit every time) that is well worth the investment.
A large selection to choose from, and the shoes look amazers too! Customer service is top notch ( Gareth is a gentleman 🙂).

Another review in praise of Gareth! The customer service I experienced courtesy of Gareth was possibly the best I've ever encountered! He absolutely went above and beyond. The shoes in my original order were a little snug. Gareth suggested alternatives, and sent out the replacement pair I chose extremely promptly. My original order was refunded extremely quickly, too. All round, Cocorose -- and Gareth -- have been a joy to deal with. The shoes are gorgeous, too! I will definitely use them again in future.

From start to finish my experience of buying a pair of shoes from Cocorose London was exceptional and without fault. I was buying a pair of shoes for my wife’s 40th and there was a slight concern that I had left it too late with delivery. I got in contact, and Gareth answered my concerns immediately and went the extra mile to ensure I had the purchase in good time.
As for the product. Loved the recycled box and it’s message, a wonderful food for thought. As for the product……. Wow!! The shoe box alone would of been enough!! Beautiful. And lastly the shoes. Truly fabulous!! My wife love love loves them. Amazing quality, beautiful beautiful shoes!!
