This was my second purchase of harnesses for my two dogs, and once again the sizing was completely wrong. Customer service even advised a size small based on measurements, but it still didn’t fit.

To make matters worse, I had to pay to return both harnesses on both occasions myself. After two failed orders and incorrect sizing advice, I won’t be purchasing from this company again. Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Good quality merchandise, delivered on time, lots of choice

This was my second bag and accessories as my first one had been used constantly. I bought one for my friend who has a new puppy addition to her family and she too is using it on a daily basis.

I’ve ordered many items (harnesses, leashes, collars and bows) for my cockapoo pup from Cocopup. I absolutely LOVE their products!! They’re made strong, last for years, and have the cutest most intricate designs. They’ve safely shipped to the US for my puppy and I to enjoy and we always get so many compliments on these products. They’re the only harnesses and leashes we use! Very comfortable, easy to clean, and durable for long lasting high quality.

Great products, brilliant quality, delivered quickly

Lovely, we have an auburn Cockapoo and we got her a burgundy collar. It looks beautiful on her. The collar is lovely, it’s great quality and is soft but secure we particularly like the lock function. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

I first found thia brand in a small pet shop while on holiday. Since then i have ordered multiple times from them. The bows are such great quality. Easy to attach to my dogs collar and she isnt ever bothered by them. Such a cute way to include your dog in any celebration or just to make them even more adorable. Beautiful designs and super fast delivery. Also their tennis balls are so reasonable, great quality , fun colours and a hit with my dog. Love this brand, reccomend it to everyone.

I bought a large size bed for my miniature dachshund (we plan on getting a second so they can snuggle!) and my little fella loves it. He’s now comfy and safe in the car and can spread out, then it’s taken over from his favourite bed at home and we often find him snuggled in it asleep!
