Tried to remove my information. It’s pretty much impossible. They need to pass a law to ban sites like this. It’s dangerous that they can put peoples information on the internet and not be accountable. Toxic website!

They are unscrupulous liars. They have a link with instructions for opting-out. The link to the form (which they apparently host on a Google Drive) is broken. If you click it, you get the message, "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service." They have an email address but they ignore any emails you send, and the phone number on their website +1 844 578 4610 is fake. Hopefully they get shut down, or go out of business soon, because what they're doing is criminal.

Owners refuse to remove personal data or to correct incorrect data. All social media and email contacts are unanswered. Scam company.

Like many others, I have been unable to get CocoFinder to remove my personal data. I have used their opt-out process and also sent multiple emails but received no response.

I'd rate it 0 but can't. Never used this service to look up anything, but found out today they have access to and is providing my personal information on their site. Probably through a third party affiliate, but surely with no authorization on my part to display my personal information. At what point is this type of doing going to become illegal?

After numerous attempts, they still will not remove my information. Legal action should be taken against them. They are putting many people in danger, especially when they have already reached out to them. Just awful!

Not worth it just to check if a no is a scam. That's all I need to check for. And it isn't free?

Cocofinder will not remove your info from their site even when you follow their instructions & submit their form, etc. Cocofinder will not respond to any email you send to their support email address. Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints about Cocofinder on the BBB site but no one can contact Cocofinder so they continue their scam/fraud with your personal info on their site.

This company's data handling is downright dangerous.

They finally deleted my information on 13 Sep, 2023 after I sent an email (They never deleted it when I filled out their form).

On 13 May, 2024 I checked and everything is back online again. I sent another request form and email - both were ignored.

On 3 Jul, 2024 I did the same thing again. Both were ignored.

On 27 Sep, 2024 I sent an email simply stating I had a question about a listing. Again no response.

Asked multiple times to have name removed with no luck. Submitted form (have to log in to Google - not everyone uses Google) copy the URL as shown and still am not able to opt out!

I requested my data be removed over 6 weeks ago (they say it will be removed within 48 hours). I did so using their online form and when I didn't hear back I have followed up by email three times (1-2 weeks apart) and have never received any reply or acknowledgment. They are horrible.
