I ordered products in December of 2021 and never received my products that were fully paid for, how do I go after them to get my money back

0 stars isn't low enough!! These boneheads suck!! Ordered Christmas decos (in '21) for my door and garage, received order confirmation and estimated delivery date. It's September '22 and they're still NOT HERE. But of course when I sent email after email I was assured they would re-send the items because they must have been "lost in the mail or stolen by the carrier since it was the holiday season and that happens." They even took the liberty of encouraging me not to contact PayPal because the resolution would take too long and tie up my replacement order. I gave them a week... nothing. More emails, and still nothing. They suck, I repeat, THEY SUCK!! Don't waste your time or money, hope they get the Karmic return they deserve.

Total scam. I purchased an item on their website. Item shows it was shipped and delivered in record time. Only to find out this is a total scam and there was no item shipped. I contacted them and they assured me they would give me a refund stating the shipper must have stolen the item. Again no refund just a big waste of time and a total scam. Don’t be fooled this site is just a scam.

Too bad this website doesn't allow a 0 rating. This site, Cocoddy stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from innocent people with me being one of them. A pop-up site that was on Facebook then it was gone. A receipt via email and nothing. No answers to emails, nada. Beware folks, never buy from a FB website unless you pay via PayPal. I pray Karma takes care of these folks.

Ordered a Christmas decoration for my garage door in Nov 2021. Received an initial email confirmation of the order and then nothing else, including the product. Emailed in Dec 21 and received no response. Now the web site is gone and just tried to email them again but doubt that I will receive any response.

Same here. Scammed. Ordered two chairs that never arrived. My own fault for not checking out the company first. Ugh!!!😡😫

Complete SCAM. THEY EMAILED ME SAYING ORDER SHIPPED ABOUT A MONTH AFTER ORDERED BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. I TRACKED MY ORDERS AND NEVER ARRIVED. i TRIED CONTACTING SUYUAN AND 404 ERROR MESSAGE MEANS NOT FOUND. I complained to Paypal and that went no where.

Very upset. Ordered a product March 5,2022 and says was delivered March 28. No product delivered. I have sent over 100 email with zero response. Stay away

Wish i knew this before hand now i know and it really sucks that i placed an order and knowing i will not receive the chairs i thought i would get.

I bought an item that never showed up for delivery. I messaged the company and got zero response. I didn't realize it was a scam till I found this site and saw numerous others in the same boat. I wouldn't consider this company for anything in the future. Buyer beware !!!

I wish I saw the other reviews before I ordered!!! Same as everyone else!! Ordered tools, card was charged, said the item was delivered but NOPE!!!! Nothing came!!! I'm going to reach out to the attorney general and the news media. Crooks!!

Complete SCAM!!!!!! Ordered a product, received confirmation email, credit card charged then tracking shipment said it was delivered. Contacted company and was informed that package was either lost or stolen. Sent NUMEROUS emails again with no more replies. Stay FAR AWAY from this site!!!

I ordered from here! Scam! Says I received it and it was delivered and it was not. Only contact is an email address and they don’t reply! I’m furious and reporting this to everyone possible!!

I didn’t even want to give them one star. Just like all the other reviews I have now read says they were delivered but they weren’t and has not responded to my email

Freaking terrible said they delivered my package and never did. There is nothing to contact them on. Don’t use this site. Thanks.

***DO NOT ORDER*** from this company. Charged my credit card, sent me a tracking number, shows delivered. NEVER RECEIVED. Emailed them and said that they would reship or give me a refund. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Now they are unresponsive and I am disputing the charge on my AE. Don’t fall for this scam!!!!
