Had to chase up as order wasn’t shipped. They did get onto this fast but the state of the package that arrived was awful! The bottle of tan has tan dribbling down the side of it & the bottle is all grubby like it’s already been opened! Devastated as it was pricier than other products out there 😫

I am really surprised by some of the negative reviews as I have had brilliant service from the customer services team on the two occasions I have contacted them. The first was due to an order I placed and was worried I had gone for the wrong colour which they helped with promptly, and the second occasion was due to a quality problem with one of my products. Even though the order had been placed over a year ago they were happy to help and immediately offered two very satisfactory resolutions. I love their sunny honey tan (the best I have ever used) and plan to try their hair care range soon.

Poor customer service, still waiting on an order I placed before Christmas have email 3 times now. Was told to check yodel local drop off - did and no luck contacted yodel - they couldn’t tell me where it had been delivered due to the network down at time of delivery ( absolute rubbish) and now I’ve emailed customer service for a 3rd time to ask them to please resolve the issue and send the item again. They don’t seem to be too eager to help as I’ve done most of the legwork so far so let’s see what happens!

I did a little Black Friday shopping with Coco & Eve as I kept seeing ads all over my social media for their hair products and I AM OBSESSED. I’ve used the ‘Like a Virgin’ hair mask in the past and only ever buy it as a once in a blue moon treat because it’s incredible but pricey. This time I tried the pre-shampoo bond treatment followed by the ‘Like a Virgin’ Shampoo and Conditioner and my hair has never been so soft and shiny. I am honestly blown away with the results and will now stick with these products for my hair care as there is no looking back now. I only wish they were a little cheaper but I guess you pay for quality. The other thing to note is my hair has been falling out a lot due to being pregnant and since using these products I’ve noticed much less fallout and so that’s brilliant too!

I purchased the deep clean scalp scrub and the coconut and fig hair masque (both like a virgin), and after the second use my hair has gone from 2b to 2c curls and super defined with minimal effort! For years I’ve struggled to get much curl definition in the top layer of my hair (most damaged), but now it’s almost the same curl density throughout. From the results I had to come on here, I defo recommend the scalp scrub! Love love love!

I bought their must-have mask, and I must admit I really liked it. I believe it's one of the best I've ever tried! I love the scent. The price is quite high, but I believe it's worth it. I don't use it for every wash because I think it's too hydrating for my hair, but once every 2/3 weeks, I find it to be a real treat.

Colour of the tan is gorgeous. My sister and I bought the tan at the same time and the pump has broken on both of our bottles after only a couple of uses. Please change the pump used!!

Tried the shampoo, conditioner and hair treatment. Never has my hair been so dull, oily and dry. My scalp was flaky and had product build up that I’ve never experienced with previous brands. Not sure how there so much hype for these products. The shampoo doesn’t clean your hair. I never had that squeaky noise you normally get when you use a good shampoo. Don’t waste your money on this stuff. Bottles are tiny too.

First of all, I'm so surprised by the amount of bad reviews I can see on here. I can only guess that it's due to the brand putting a higher price tag on their products than more popular and accessible brands, which makes people more angry when they don't achieve wanted results?
I've only ever been super happy with the brand though. I've tried the face tanning mist, which leaves your face with a lovely glow and always look super natural, no matter how 'badly' you think you might've sprayed it on.
I also tried the bond building pre-shampoo treatment and the Repair hair mask. Both have always left my hair feeling extremely soft, shiny and smooth. I've bleached my hair for the first time this year and been using both those products + Kerastase shampoo and all along been thinking 🤔 why do people say bleaching ruins your hair? Because it still feels super healthy few bleach sessions down the road... So I suppose Coco and Eve are doing something right?

Coco and Eve's Daily Water Gel Sunscreen is a blessing! No white cast, easy to apply, left my skin hydrated, and most of all it's fragrance free! I initially receive it as a gift and later made a repurchase for how good it is! Had a little problem with the shipping but their customer service are really sweet and helped sort things out! Highly recommended and will surely purchase again!

Bought the shampoo, conditioner and hair scrub for a pretty hefty price. Extremely disappointed, need to apply loads of shampoo because it barely makes any foam. They advertised it as bearing some sort of incredible smell, my hair didn't smell like anything, and was already greasy the next day, so pretty useless overall. Conditioner was ok but definitely not worth the price. The hair scrub was an absolute scam, I tried it 3 times and 1) had absolutely no effect 2) actually made my hair even greasier and 3) I couldn't wash it off properly and my hair was starting to look like I had sand in it, then I read reviews here and concluded I'm better off not using these products at all. I have used these products for around a week and my hair was looking as it hasn't been washed at all during that time. I got my hair out of that hell via the Tea Tree hair range from The Body Shop (which btw is around 3 times cheaper), so just a suggestion for anyone looking at oily hair products - the Coco & Eve scrub is a waste of money.

Honestly, I don't really understand how this company still survives as its products are a massive scam masked behind heavy marketing and branding.

Wish I had read reviews first, learnt my lesson!

Lovely Products, helped my damaged hair, definitely buying again

I had an email and it came with this picture.
It only took me a second to realize it is false advertising.
The woman in the image is clearly holding fake hair because its not the same color or texture of her natural hair.
This makes me not trust companies that clearly don't trust their own brand which is really disappointing.
Won't buy from them at all.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! I placed my order 8 days ago and I am yet to receive my order and no update!! I’m very worried that I will not ever receive my order and think this is a SCAM! No Tracking details and I emailed to find out where my order is only to receive an email saying they will respond in 48 hours! Terrible!

Quick delivery of hair items, love them and for how damaged my hair been with being bleached so much in last few months it's turned my hair around, will continue to use this brand.

I have just had a malignant melanoma removed and wanted to treat myself to the pool side set which comes with little bag to keep the products in.
I still have some treatment to go through and hope this will help me while on my holiday in Sept .
I ordered my item 4 days ago had good correspondence on delivery process and it came today with no hitches .

This relates to hair products and service. My hair is shoulder length dead straight and fine, my daughters hair is thick very long and slightly wavy. A little tends to go a long way for all products.
I've purchased the following items
Bond building pre shampoo treatment - left on for 40 mins my hair absolutely wonderful made hair look very sleek and shiny, daughters hair fair less knotty and shiny - her hair is due a trim so think results will be better following that!
Super nourishing coconut and fig hair masque - again smells lovely and gave us both lovely results, shiny, less knots and healthier looking hair.
Hydrating and detangling conditioner - amazing on both
Miracle hair elixir - lovely - I needed a tiny amount and ends only.
The products have a arrived within a day or two of ordering- I started with the masque and have brought the rest following the lovely smell ans good results.

My first company review ever. Over the years I have ordered online so many items, I have lived in two different countries in Europe. Never ever, I have received such an appalling customer and delivery experience. I ordered products on 25.07.2023., today is 17th of August, still my products have not arrived. Reached the customer service by an e-mail, the service states they will get back to you in 1-2 business days. OK, took that, initially someone responded (will look into it) after two days again - no response.
I am not interested in the products anymore. Such a disappointing experience. Sort out your customer and delivery service. Nowadays, it is not acceptable, like some kind of unreliable corner shop.
