I went in not expecting more than walking around different stalls and tasting different drinks but it was so much more than that! They had tasting tents where you get to sample unique alcohol such as... See more

A delicious gathering of some of the greatest cocktails in the best city in the world. A must visit at least once in the summer!
Great experience! A nice way to try loads of different beverages without a hefty price tag ✨
Nicely decorated garden and reasonably priced cocktails (£10). There seemed to be a lot of gin/whiskey based cocktails, would like to see more variety. Unfortunately the atmosphere was spoiled by the... See more

Another fabulous year!
Another fabulous year!
The Great British weather did us good!
Entry was seamless & the vibe was great as always.
Just wish the event was an hour longer ( started earlier ? )
There’s just not enough time to enjoy so many delicious cocktails & all the entertainment!
We think this is our 4th consecutive year now.
Each year we’ve shared our love of CITC & brought different friends. Who also have loved it!
It was a great atmosphere lots of…
It was a great atmosphere lots of choice. A really interesting fun event.
Delicious drinks in the sunshine!
We go to Cocktails in the City every year and this one was the best year yet. It did help that the weather was stunning for both weekends, and is there anything better than sipping alfresco cocktails from your favourite London bars in a beautiful park? Food was great this year, and our favourite cocktails were from Bourne & Hollingsworth and Quaglinos.
Well worth visiting
I didn’t know what to expect precisely. But the layout of the premises which was clearly defined and a very good planner inside the booklet received at the entrance made easy to locate everything, including practical demonstrations with tasting and the choice available from the food selection. People were helpful, very quick at making and serving cocktails and the entrance gives a token for two free drinks. Perhaps the system of purchasing tokens to buy drinks should be made more clear either on the booklet or with information on the premises.
The scattered sitting areas were also well thought out. With or without tables, no matter the crowd, there was a quick shift of people coming and going.
There is plenty to do, watch, listen and of course drink for one visit.
Also a selection of cocktails masterclasses were on offer for a fair price. The music selection was fun and a few games and spinning wheels offered even more entertainment.
Visitors were friendly and cheerful. A selection of different ages, all well behaved.
The garden square is not big but has its own mark with different shrubs and trees. Plenty of shading if needed and a little touch of ‘Magic Garden’ as a stage for a successful event.
First bad CitC experience in 5 years
I’ve been to CitC for the last 5 years and I’ve never had a bad night there until now.
- many of the cocktails ran out in the first 2 hours.
- at least three bartenders were drunk after a couple of hours leading to very poor service.
- the food vans were shambolic: disorganised, slow, and ran out of food options.
Better if they ditch the live singer
Nicely decorated garden and reasonably priced cocktails (£10). There seemed to be a lot of gin/whiskey based cocktails, would like to see more variety. Unfortunately the atmosphere was spoiled by the live singer doing cover songs. It’s far too loud and should just be regular music or live jazz with no singer.
Little paradise in the middle of the city
Amazing vibes, delicious cocktails, beautiful decoration, and all the fun activities on the side! What else?
Love the vibe with the live music
Love the vibe with the live music, the best bars in town and great activities. Great mocktails as well ! I come every year ! Looking forward for 2025
Cocktails were amazing
such a great experience at this years…
such a great experience at this years cocktails in the city! was fantastic to see each bar's cocktails and to have it made in front of me.. was like an immersive experience but outdoors!! so much fun
July was great, September was a disappointment
Went in July and it was great.
Returned in September and there were too many people - cocktails were running out by 8pm.
Also - there were children the second time around. Having to carefully dodge kids running around the place like lunatics whilst carrying cocktails was extremely irritating. Parents were too busy drinking to care what their kids were up to.
Cocktail lovers’ dream
Love cocktails in the city - getting a chance to discover new bars and try new drinks, with live music, food, and other fun events all in one place is just a perfect evening for a cocktail lover
City festival vibe and amazing cocktails
I really enjoyed cocktails in the city! Went three times this summer and it was such a good vibe each time! Tried a cocktail class, loved the piano works music and had lots of amazing cocktails! Would love some more food/dessert options next year, as had to leave early one night to hunt for churros!
Brilliant event
Brilliant event! Great venue & great range of bars. Always love cocktail making & the great drinks.
Fantastic experience great vibe music…
Fantastic experience great vibe music was fantastic and the drinks were so good!!
Summer Highlight Every Year!
Cocktails in the City is always one of my summer highlights. It’s so exciting to try the various cocktails and the workshops are always a lot of fun and a great deal. The July tastings were fabulous - a lot of types of alcohol I usually wouldn’t drink but every single tasting was exceptional. We had a ton of fun doing the ice carving too. It was incredibly satisfying to make our own ice balls. The staff at all the bars are always very friendly and knowledgable about the alcohols. There are also tons of fun, hidden little games. It’s really an exceptional afternoon.
Had a great time
Had a great time, the staff were friendly at every bar we went to and the music was good.
Will definitely head back next year!
We will be returning yet again next year
This is our second year at the event and it did not disappoint. Yet again the bars and entertainment was fantastic. This year with the tokens made getting drinks even easier. This year we took our eldest son and my sister and her partner. They also enjoyed and have asked us to book them tickets again for next year. The atmosphere is chilled and mellow.
Super cool event
Super cool event. Beautiful setting and perfect balance of chill out spaces and great music . Amazing cocktails - great value for money
