From start to finish Cobra Tech gave me the white glove treatment. They were able to diagnosis what my pc case issue was and resolve it. Their customer care was above and beyond replying and walking me through every step of the installation processor of the part I ordered. I highly recommend this company for all your custom gaming computer needs.

Maybe due to the Christmas period, I have to wait for around 3 weeks time for the delivery. Seth was helpful to answer the queries I had. Overall I am a happy customer with the gaming pc I purchased from them.

Seth and the team at Cobra-tech went above and beyond to get my son's gaming PC to him, and he was blown away with the results. Don't think twice about ordering your PC through Cobra-tech, you won't be disappointed!!

Their “flash sale” has been going on since at least July as of the 17/12/23, so it isn’t really a “flash sale” and in my opinion seems misleading.

Their terms and conditions are concerning to me and, after reading them and conversing with an employee there, they believe they are entitled to swap out the parts on your PC with “similar” parts, not the ones you actually bought. And apparently without informing you.

I bought the most expensive pre-build on their site, I then had to wait 2 weeks as they were out of stock on some parts, and imagine my surprise when I received an invoice that had the following modifications:

GPU: RTX 4090 Gigabyte 24GB Gaming OC was changed to RTX 4090 PNY.

PSU: Thermaltake ToughPower 1050W PSU changed to Silverstone DA1000 Gold 1000W PSU.

Motherboard: MSI Pro Z790-P Wi-Fi DDR5 changed to Gigabyte Z790M Aorus Elite (rev 1.0).

Fans – The product page listed 9 x 120mm fans would be installed, I received 7.

While the parts are similar, in the same way different tasting cookies can both be round, they are not what I ordered and from what I could tell have a substantial price difference between them. When I raised this with them they did not correct me or provide any evidence to the contrary. I am also concerned, as someone who paid a lot for this build, they did not consider it necessary to inform me of these particular modifications they were going to make until it had already shipped.

I was not contacted about these changes and I would never have agreed to them. The replaced motherboard didn’t even have integrated Bluetooth or Wi-Fi so it is just literally a downgrade. Upon contacting them they said they were allowed to do as per their terms of service and did this as they didn’t have the parts in stock (What did I wait 2 weeks for then??). They sent me two dongles that would enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. So now the motherboard, which isn’t what I ordered, also now has 2 less USB slots.

I contacted Cobratech again about the CPU cooling being insufficient who then advised me that these CPU’s just overheat and they were “impossible to cool down”. Which is…just a lie? They also linked a Youtube short from 7 months ago to prove their point of one test with one branded cooler (not the one I even had) which I have never, ever seen before from a company.

I wish I had looked closer into this company, I wish I had waited a little bit and not been “that” person who falls for a flash sale banner. All I can do now is warn anyone who is doing the smallest bit of research to not deal with them, it is not worth the hassle and headaches.

I did get a computer, and I did get SIMILAR, if apparently cheaper and arguably worse, parts. If that is all you want and you don’t mind potentially being shortchanged for the parts you ordered then go for it. But for anyone who plans their build around parts, who wants to get their money’s worth, I would not recommend them.

I don't know what went wrong during transport but the package must have been handled in a very unprofessional way. Glass broken etc. Cobratech PC helped me to get my rig fixed, sent spare parts and detailed instructions and it's running now very smoothly. Thanks for your excellent support, it's good to know, that if something goes wrong then you can count on them.

Wow, when I received my pc I was blown away with how amazing it Was. Blew my expectations out of the window with this build top of the line build. Best pricing on the market also unbeatable. You want an awsome pc build that packs a punch go to Corbatech pc!!!

My computer arrived 4 days after my order and I'm seriously impressed. I love how it looks it's unlike any other ones from different builders and I managed to get a good deal which I couldn't pass. I'd highly recommend! Seth was also very helpful on the phone and he helped choose one for my needs.

Very attentive staff on the phone and suggested great options for my budget and work needs. Purchased 4 RTX 4090 PCs from these guys this month so far for my Ai machine learning workloads and i am very very impressed with the build quality and the performance. Dare i mention the prices were at least $350 less than other computer shops and shipping was also free to nsw. Overall, very pleasing to do business with and would recommend cobratech to others

I had been nervous to purchase through a smaller business in case of issues, and how they might be handled.

I was unfortunate enough to have a GPU which developed a fault after about a week of use
Within a day of finding the issue, I had been guided through a simple troubleshoot process, Cobratech identified the faulty component, organised a return to the manufacturer, and provided a substitute GPU whilst waiting on the full replacement.

Its the mark of a good service when everything goes well, its the mark of a great service when a problem is handled so quickly and efficiently.

Recommend to others, and will use again.

This is by far the best Gaming PC Company for Australia I originally got the Orisis Starter gaming PC but then Cobratech messaged me and said they are giving me a free upgrade and case that's way better than the original listing for the same price no charge I was so happy to hear that and experience this for my first ever gaming PC so if your looking to buy a gaming PC Somewhere in Australia I would definitely go for Cobratech PC they have great customer service and support 5 star from me 🌟 hope to buy again!
