Not Beginner Friendly
The company should not advertise lessons for first time drivers. I came into the first lesson with barely any experience. I was looking forward to working alongside a patient instructor who could teach me as I do not have the support system for that. I even told the instructor that I had little to no experience. After the first lesson, I learned the instructors are not there to guide you like I expected. It’s more of a “crash course” layout where the lesson is treated like the actual DMV test. I was scolded for mistakes with little to no explanation on how to do things correctly and just expected to know what to do. Any time I would ask a genuine question to improve, my instructor (Arnold N.) responded passive aggressively. He was clearly frustrated throughout the 2 hour long lesson even though it wasn’t unreasonable of me to expect him to do his job of being helpful and understanding (he was the instructor after all). I got the impression that he didn’t want to do any sort of teaching which created a tense atmosphere for me. I did my best to remain calm throughout since I realized he would not budge in his attitude. Instructors should have the ability to be patient, understanding, and provide guidance to new drivers. It is not unreasonable or unrealistic to expect that. As the first time driver, I should not have been put in a position where I had to remain calm while managing my own anxiety, the road, and my “instructor’s” negative emotions. I do not recommend if you are absolutely new to driving. I am at least grateful that he did tell me about the essentials of driving but overall extremely disappointed.

Raymond was amazing
Raymond was amazing! My daughter felt very comfortable and he was very thorough and explained to her everything she needed to work on. This is my fourth child learning to drive and he has been the best instructor so far.!

Excellent instructor!
Raymond goes through everything- all the things you need for your permit and for your license test. He’s really fun to talk to and easy to drive with and makes you feel comfortable and safe being around. If you mess up, it’s OK. He doesn’t make you feel bad about yourself.

2nd driving lesson
Eric S. was amazing as well. He taught me even more to be better than I was during my 1st lesson. He's very calm, patient, and comforting when it comes to making little mistakes and feeling a little nervous. I enjoyed and learned a lot from him as well, super grateful to be taught by him.
