Coastal Tents is the most professional, personable, family business you could hope to work with. Owen and Carla truly made our dream wedding a reality.

We didn’t have a huge budget, and we wanted to hold our wedding at home in our garden. From the moment they got involved, they completely transformed the space into something beyond anything we could have imagined. Their tents are absolutely stunning, elegant, high quality, and created the most beautiful setting for our wedding. They looked incredible both during the day and once they were lit up in the evening.

They thought of absolutely everything, from the layout and furniture to a projector, beautiful lounge areas, incredible lighting, a sound system, and a dance floor. They also have the best contacts in the industry and were able to recommend amazing companies and suppliers to work with, which made the whole planning process so much easier.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. Owen even noticed that our patio steps could become a little dangerous once guests had enjoyed a few drinks, so he installed additional lighting to help prevent any accidents. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how much they genuinely care about their clients.

Carla also supplied all of the crockery through her crockery business, and it was absolutely beautiful. It complemented our pink and green wedding theme perfectly and added another special touch to the day.

I was so impressed not only with the installation but also with how efficiently everything was dismantled the following day. The entire team was friendly, professional, organised, and incredibly hardworking.

I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience. If you’re looking for a company that offers a premium service, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding value for money, I can’t recommend Coastal Tents highly enough. I am in no way over exaggerating when I say this company was the most fantastic at our wedding. Three days before our wedding at 5:30pm we were told that we would not be able to use our original venue. The weather forecast was rainy and cold and we had a lot of guests due.
After a quick cry and a panic we contacted Coastal Tents via email and they called us within minutes. They talked us through the options, offered reassurances and had an invoice over to us by that night.
They arrived promptly on the Friday to set up the most beautiful tent. We had a heater (thank goodness as it was so cold that day), a stage for our band and beautiful lighting. The company was so professional and adaptable at the set up. On Sunday they very promptly arrived to put it all down and didn’t leave even a trace of litter at the venue.
Literally could not recommend them enough. Very professional, great communication, lovely options for wedding items and really gorgeous tents.

I’m getting really annoyed that every time your company comes into lookout park with the extremely long trailers they think it’s ok to park across my drive instead of parking on the road, they block the traffic through the car park and block my exit please be a bit more considerate when parking here I’m sure nothing will change as you don’t have anything on your vehicles to say who you are only on the T-shirts your employees wear it’s like you don’t want to be identified please deal with this problem ASAP

We booked our wedding 2.5 years in advance for June 2023. After receiving multiple invoices with the wrong wedding date, and Coastal Tents insisting they had the correct date booked, they realised in October 2022 they had double booked us and could no longer provide us with the tipis we had booked. We therefore requested they returned our deposit as we did not want to proceed with their alternative option and had lost trust in them as a supplier. Coastal Tents refused to return our deposit; I was accused of having financial difficulties by CT and Owen hung up on me. We instructed a solicitor who confirmed Coastal Tents were in breach of contract. CT continued to refuse to return our deposit. We ended up having to make a Small Claims Court application. The way Carla & Owen behaved in this situation was appalling and I would strongly recommend any couple avoid letting this unprofessional company get involved in their wedding day because the stress they have caused us is completely unacceptable.

We used Coastal tents for our recent wedding. Carla and Owen were very helpful from our initial meeting right up until the day before the wedding! They were always happy to answers questions and got back to us straight away. The tent was perfect and looked amazing on the day! They provided everything we needed! We are so glad we picked coastal tents sailcloth tent!

Coastal tents was recommended to us by another supplier. We chose a sailcloth tent over a tipi because we wanted the extra space for a ceilidh dance, and we wanted to be able to have all the walls either rolled up, or transparent so we could still see the field during the evening.
Owen and Carla were so friendly and helpful in emails, answering of questions, adding things on and off our invoice, friendliness at the open day, and sending us floor plan ideas.
The tent looked so amazing! Better than we could have imagined, and every detail was beautiful from the colour of the flooring, to the bare wooden tables, to the rolled up sides, to the light airiness inside, to the lights bouncing off the high ceiling, to our French & Uk flags that the team kindly put on top for us! The team was also great, so friendly and efficient. We also had to move the catering tent to a visible position last minute, but it still looked beautiful because the catering tent was such high quality.
All of the guests loved the tent. When they arrived into the secret hidden valley and saw it for the first time they were so amazed and surprised.
We would 100% recommend Coastal Tents to anyone currently planning their wedding. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and the tent was such a huge part of it.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Coastal tents with all your help with our wonderful marquee!! Carla and Owen, both went above and beyond to make our marquee look beautiful and how we envisaged it.

Nothing was too much to ask and the attention to detail was great! We really appreciated all the extra help that they provided us.

Coastal Tents supplied a stunning sailcloth tent for a garden wedding at our home. The spot Owen chose for the tent position and the points of access worked superbly well. It all looked amazing on the big day.
