If I list the things I want from a company like Coastal Paving I come up with:

1. they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it
2. They communicate clearly about all stages of the process
3. If there is a delay, they tell you about it
4. they answer questions clearly and honestly
5. they are warm and friendly
6. they do the work competently
7. If there is a problem, they put it right
8. the price is reasonable

Coastal Paving gets ticks on all these parameters

We had Shane & Steve from Coastal Paving lay our patio.They done a fantastic job.They were professional & respectfull.
We can highly recommend the Company.

At the start, I felt these landscapers were doing a good job. Unfortunately, though, they did not finish the work, leaving me with a half-finished pond without any edging and large amounts of concrete from an old patio, which should have been removed. Needless to say, they are not returning my calls. It is a shame because Dawn was helpful and gave good advice when I met her. I could not, in all honesty, recommend them, sadly.
