Arranged with Coastal heating a carry out a service on our caravan boiler and for a gas certificate.How refreshing in these days to find a professional company with curteous and very effecient staff. Would highly recommend

I have regular boiler services from Coastal Heating. Booking is always handled in an efficient and friendly manner, and I am kept well-informed prior to the visit.
Ben is very thorough in his work, and I have trust in his expertise.

Jack their engineer had a very friendly approach when he carried out our gas boiler service.He was also able to offer a cheaper alternative for the work that we wanted to be carried out later on.

Excellent service from Sarah in the office and Jo who promptly diagnosed the problem with our water heater, collected required part and all done quickly. Very friendly and efficient service.

Excellent service and professionalism from the communication with Sarah in the office to the engineers (Joe & Ben) on the ground. Correctly diagnosed my water heating problem, ordered part quickly and were able to repair promptly. The ‘engineer tracking app’ is a really nice touch and lets you know their arrival. Highly recommend, would definitely use them again and would be my first call.

This is the second year that Coastal Heating have serviced our gas boiler. They are friendly, prompt, efficient and easy to deal with. Sarah arranged an appointment in the timescale required and kept us informed of when the engineer would arrive. Despite the snow Mike arrived on time. He was very thorough and capped of some old unused gas piping, which posed a safety risk. I am more than happy with thye service.

I made a phone call at 0830 and by 1430 the engineer ( Joe ) had been and fixed the fault and that included going to collect the part. Well done.

I use this company for general servicing of my central heating. This time it was for a breakdown. The boiler wouldn't power up. Coastal Heating said they could visit the following day, which they did. Just as the weather is starting to get cold such a brilliant Company.
Cannot recommend this Outfit enough.

Easy to book, with very helpful office. On the day, the engineer rang to ask if he could attend earlier than the allotted time, whcih suited me well, Useful link showed his location as he approached, so it was clear precisely when he would arrive. Joe was very helpful and showed me how to adjust boiler pressure. All done rapidly and left everything clean and tidy. Recommended.

Coastal Heating had serviced the condensing boiler at our flat for a number of years so were an obvious candidate to service the ancient boiler at our new place and so far have been doing an excellent job at a good price.

Ben came this morning, phoning beforehand to give an ETA, serviced the boiler and sorted a problem at the same time. Great, polite, professional but friendly service. Will book again for next year!

Turned up, didn't fix the problem then demanded payment

I rang coastal in a dilemma as my heating wasn’t working Sarah was very good and very helpful, Ben came round and fixed the problem he was very professional and helpful and now my heating is working better than ever! Would highly recommend!

The whole company is amazing from start to finish. I got booked in within a week for a service and Ben the engineer came out. He was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to explain anything I asked. I will 100 percent be having them back and recommending them to everyone.

Ben and Sarah were great, arrived when they said they would, quickly found the heating fault, sourced parts and returned to complete the job in just a few days, would recommend them to all.
