Botched camper van refurbishment
Camper van full refurbishment at a cost of £36,000
Said the project would take 10 to 12 weeks, it took 6 months
Removed parts inside my van without consultation
Didn’t fit the reversing camera that was provided
Didn’t paint it in the colour scheme I asked for
The new seat fitter is too high to sit comfortably, it needs a foot rest
Carpeted over the rear light connectors, I cannot change the bulbs
A large hole in the floor covered with a piece of wood and not sealed.
2 tables provided we’re not fit for purpose, wobbled so badly that food and drinks spilled
The ladder for the raised bed was built incorrectly, it can’t be used
Folding tables should have been added to 2 front seats, not done
Asked for heating to be ducted into the shower but didn’t do
Coffee stains left on kitchen surface
Dog cage should have had a door, not done
Toilet should have been fixed in position, not done
Ceiling paint in front section of van not complete, it needs a second coat.
The project management of this has been atrocious, be very careful if you use this company
