A newby to the family
It has only been a couple of weeks since I joined, but so far everything is working out well. I am anxious to really get into the program as I'm on a taper cycle ahead of a 16 mile trail race. Everything that I have done is working out well, very pleased.

I have been using Coach Parry’s Comrades Training program
I have been using Coach Parry’s Comrades training and is absolutely loving it ! Not only did I manage to get my sub 4 marathon this year but I also got a PB for my 5k TT! Averaging at 4:47 p/km. I have had a lot of people asking me why I do so many slower runs, when I would usually just say “I stick to my program”! And the proof is in the pudding! Thank you for ALL the advice and reminding us how important rest is when you train! I am excited to take part in my first Comrades this year💪🏼

The only thing I would like is to be able to change the days that I do my long run and speed sessions for the full plan instead of moving it every week. A generally I follow a different weekly calendar to the standard.
