Ordered a blouse that had flowers attached to it but it turned out to be printed. Nothing like photo

The material is crap. The dress I ordered was supposed to be a flowing gown. It was a straight almost sheath. So unhappy.

Items were nothing like advertised. Material very cheap print. Not embording. Looks very cheap for the price I paid. They also will not provide a return address for refund.

I am deeply disappointed... I ordered a very pretty lace with embroidered roses top, the "Women's Floral Embroidered Art V-neck Short Sleeved Linen Blend T-shirt", the photo presents with 3d Roses stitched to the shirt... What I received is a shocking disappointment... it is 2d screen printing - NO Lace - NO 3d Roses - it is NOT Linen Blend, it is a Polyester Rayon fabric... I paid at least $Aust 40.00 for a garbage piece of printed fabric... I am fuming that Coachics can be so deliberately deceptive & misleading. DON'T waste your money.

Never received confirmation of my order. Order has not been delivered. But I did receive your email asking me to rate my satisfaction. My name is Wade helms and order date was August 24, 2025. Payment was PayPal.

The dress and shirt I ordered are nothing like the picture online. When I attempted to return them, I have received nothing but a run around and delays. People are led to believe they are ordering from the USA. Not so… the items come from China. They are made from poor quality material.
I have been trying to get an address to return them to and the customer service is horrible. They tried to offer me a discount coupon for another order, which I don’t need since I won’t be ordering again. Now they are telling me it’s u see review and can take another 7 days!
Do not order from these scammers!!

I received two items, neither of which were what I ordered, both of which are too small for me to wear. I did NOT receive the "free" Bohemian Shell Clay Bracelet, the XL Classy Gradient Purple Lavender And Floral Embroidered Linen Short Sleeve T-shirt, the XL Colorful Pet Art Color Printed Crew Neck Pullover Sweatshirt, the Vintage Purple Lavender And Floral Embroidered Casual Leggings! They got over $90 and I got nothing I ordered and now their website doesn't work either.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Classic bait-n-switch. Put up an image of a beautiful, flowing dress with flowers that are embroidered and three-dimensional - and provide a dress made from cheap fabric, no embroidered flowers, and no flowing fabric. The cut is not even the same.

I ordered 2 beautiful blouses, and received 2 pieces of material that do not even closely resemble the items ordered.

I would like to include a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what I received. The absolutely large and hideous garment I received bears no resemblance to what I ordered. Pure scam

Trying to get a refund for product that will not work for me is a taxing experience

The item that I received looks nothing at all like what was advertised. It is very poor quality and basically looks like a scrub shirt worn in a medical office. I’m waiting to hear back from the company for a refund….

Clothing is totally cheap crap. Not at all as advertised. It plainly stated item was 90% linen 10 % cotton. It was cheap synthentic crap

Coachics can improve by sending MY FULL REFUND of $72.53 and sending me a paid return label to my email so I can send their crap back to them! Seriously, it is not worth me even wiping my sweaty brow with (and that is the clean version of what I wanted to say) . I am dead serious. PLEASE don't send them your money because they do not have ANYTHING that resembles their photos. I feel for all of you still waiting for your items. I seriously do. Don't sit back and do nothing about these evil people. They could care less about you after they have gotten your money. They sit back and laugh at all of us because we trusted them. They will rot in hell! What they have done has not been hidden as they think.

The products ( shirts and a sweatshirt) were NOTHING like the photos!!!

What I ordered and what I got were two different items. When I contacted you your only response was to give me a 20% discount coupon towards another in store purchase. I demanded a full refund...to get another response from you for a 30% discount coupon instead because to return the product would cost too much, with no refund being extended whatsoever...just buy more from us and we'll discount it. This is theft in it's purest form. Not only shame on you...but screw you eternally...
