Lack of organization within company. Have had to give the same information to different people on numerous accounts. Also had some difficulties with communication of information and not receiving what we had asked for. Took over a month to get resolved and had to move to eventually speak to manager to get it settled.

Did a great job

I used this company for my wedding transportation. Excellent value for the quality of the vehicles, prompt service, clear billing, and great communication. For reference, we were heading from Toronto's city center to Vaughn on the Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, and all vehicles arrived perfectly on time. My Sales Rep Amanda Bouchard was a delight to work with as I changed the times/pick up locations a few times and added vehicles at the last minute - she accommodated all of my requests quickly and with a great attitude. On such a big day with so many moving parts, it was a relief to know that this important detail was being handled professionally. Highly recommend

My experience with Coach Canada has been very positive. I have organized trips with them for the past 15-20 years, twice a year.

It is very simple to plan these trips as the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The drivers are helpful, courteous and professional.

Excellent service, super driver! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Booking process is easy and most times timely, with details provided accurately presented. Follow up prior to charter is well done to ensure small deviations or changes in plans are noted. Only issue occur with daily charters, as you never know who is going to show up. Whether it is Coach Canada or a subcontractor. It would be nice to know in advance so as a coordinator you know who to look for when you are waiting with your group. As well some daily drivers have seniority and can have less than pleasant attitudes. Overall service is acceptable with only a few issues.

With a bus load of special need hockey players, the sales staff and driver were excellant

Though my agreement was Sept. 2013 in Montreal, I recall clearly that the bus was 45 minutes LATE arriving and the driver actually stopped and parked the bus for nearly 30-minutes to take his lunch break while our guests were on board. He was shameless about it as well. As the event planner, I was humiliated beyond belief and this experience continues to be a black mark on my professional record.

Great experience any time we have used Coach Canada. The drivers are always friendly and welcoming to everyone.

Hired Coach Canada for our daughter's wedding 4 years ago and the service was great. On time and on budget. Super driver that drove the coach bus back to the hotel in the middle of a thunderstorm at 1 am . Highly recommend this company.
