I am still waiting on 2 sweaters. It has been well over a year. There is no phone number to call and they are no longer answering their emails. I will say the 2 winter caps were really nice and what I expected BUT I am out about 80$

It doesn't deserve this star, but I had to choose something. I ordered five knitted sweaters, but got two cheap T-shirts. When I complained, they said they would check, but never answered again.

Wish I had seen the reviews before I bought nasty cheap tack nylon material not wool the pattern is printed onto nylon fabric you do not get what you pay for. Would give 0 stars if that were possible total waste of £50

Please what ever you do. Do not order from this company. The description states knitted. You basically get a piece of clothing with a print on it. I don’t even know what material this is. Returns policy states return with dispatch note. Guess what. No dispatch note enclose. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR MISADVERTISING. NOT A SCRAP OF WOOL INSIGHT. DO not be fooled like the rest of us.

Just as the others stated, I ordered a sweater only to receive a hoodie with a print on it. This is a scam.

It's a scam!! I thought i was buying a knitted sweater...and I've received a polyester sweater with a PRINT of a knitted sweater...and it's impossible to return...100$ down the drain...DO NOT BUY!!

BUYER BEWARE! Merchandise is not as it is described or portrayed. I bought two, knit SWEATERS only to receive a polyester-like shirt with a flat sweater printed on it!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It is a Fake Company. They sent me a fake shipping and tracking! I told them I was going to report them! I’m out over $40. Thank Goodness that’s all it was! This company needs to be FLAGGED! I’m very disappointed that they would be doing this to people.This has went on since December 2. I’ve reached out several times and they email me back with FAKE TRACKING! SMH. 😡😠😡

It's January 18th just received the sweater it's nothing of what is advertised. This company is pure fraud PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Dear gods, I wish I'd come here before ordering. The advert showed an absolutely delicious-looking thick knitted hooded sweater with leather drawstrings. It looked scrumptious!

What arrived.... It simply defies description. On the inside is a cheap white flimsy "fleece." On the outside is a sickly shiny, outrageously synthetic PRINT of something VAGUELY evoking a knitted pattern.

I have disputed the transaction with PayPal, since the unanimous verdict of these reviews is that there's simply no point in trying to contact them.

These kinds of companies thrive on people just throwing up their hands, taking the hit, and taking no action. I hope that filing this claim will impose some small consequence for this scandalous behavior!

STAY AWAY!!!

Would like to give it minus 5 review…first of all they are not US based they are in China…actually the sweatshirts I ordered were nice but not true to size at all… one fit like XL I ordered but the other three were more like S to M… I sent them pictures of the smaller ones on top of the one that fit and have no response other than a coupon code to order more…they obviously don’t speak English or understand my problem…what is the point of ordering more if I cannot be assured they fit…STAY AWAY…WISH I HAD READ SOME REVIEWS

This is obviously scamming!

It doesn't even deserve one star. They are a fraudulent company who advertises one product (example a cable knit sweater) then sends you a cheap sweatshirt that you could buy at the dollar store. And they don't help with a refund until YOU pay to have it shipped back when at that point the cost of shipping costs more than the crappy sweatshirt even did. It's sad and it's a sham

I don’t even want to put one star, false advertisement, photos and descriptions of products are totally false from what you get, do not spend your money here!!!!

If I could give a negative number I would. What I ordered is not anywhere close to what I received. I got a cheap plastic feeling sweatshirt with a decal ironed on it. I ordered the white sweater with a black poodle on it. Taught me a lesson to always check reviews. I wasted $35 for absolutely nothing.

As with many of the reviews on here, the product displayed is not what is received. The products appear to be knitted material, or at a minimum, fabric. However, I'd call what I received, mostly plastic. The quality is absolute rubbish. I contacted the company to make a return and they are giving me the run around. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

The images misrepresent the products. I bought shirts from them and they were not what was shown in the image. They are very cheap and shoddy and not worth the price and the size charts are not accurate. It is a scam.

A "Bait and switch" company/ Ordered a knitted cardigan and what I got hardly resembled what was advertised. Cheap sweatshirt material with the cats printed on it as versus the lovely cardigan pictured. Do Not Buy from this company!

The item Ordered said knit sweater and all it was was a sweatshirt. It looks nothing like the picture.

Items are nothing like what they show image wise. Paid £40 for knitted cardigan and it’s made from horrible material. Don’t use this company
