Wrong Item Received and Poor Customer Support

I did not receive the correct item: it is neither the right size, nor the right brand, nor the right color.
Despite this, customer service claims that there was no issue with my order CNF1842218554327885 and did not offer any solution (no exchange, no refund).

This experience with the after-sales service is very disappointing. Without a proper solution, I am not sure I would recommend CNFANS

They eliminate the historical QC…

They eliminate the historical QC photos, i need them to sell the products on my contry :/. Without it, its imposible to continue my business, now i need to wait that them was shipped and ask for a return if the client no longer want it.

Excellent service and reliable shipping

: I’ve been using CNFans for my latest hauls and I’m very satisfied. The customer service is responsive and the warehouse team does a great job with packaging. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely keep using this agent.
