We recently used these guys to move house in Brentwood Essex and I can say without a doubt that they are the best removals company that I have ever come across. Andy and the team were at our house at the crack of dawn and managed to take apart our furniture, pack our stuff (we used the packing service which I would highly recommend), load it into the lorries and then do it all again in reverse at the other end by mid-afternoon. They made a process that I was dreading look really easy and took all the stress out of it for my wife and I. I would give them 6 stars if I could and couldn't recommend them more to anyone who needs a first class removal service.

I recently used this moving service, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with CM Removal. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They handled all of our belongings with great care and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well-organised.
Their friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out, Everything was moved efficiently and safely, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Danny and his team was wonderful,office staff brilliant, communication on the top level.

The guys at CM Removals were fantastic! They worked so hard and were extremely efficient. The majority of our belongings was packed up on the Monday and then everything moved to our new house the following day. They put all the boxes and furniture in their designated rooms and left no mess.

Moved at the end of February and CM Removals were superb, packing materials supplied in the lead up and then their crew of Andy, Paul and Matt were brilliant on the day, made a stressful day go very smoothly, highly recommended!

I called to obtain a quotation for my house move. I called and was asked to complete a form online and that someone would come back to me within 24 hours, 24 hours later I call again to say I have not heard from anyone and the staff member I spoke with said they would look into this again. This was over 3 weeks ago now and I still haven’t had a response. I have since moved house but very disappointed I never got a response.

Great removal company! Andy and the team arrived on time and everyone was very friendly, accommodating my need to be in bed most of the day, working around me very efficiently. They worked till late until all furniture was reassembled in our new house. Andy even provided my husband with chicken nuggets and lucozade when he fell off the stairs! A big thanks from Jing & Andy. Strongly recommend CM removal to anyone who need removals.

WORST COMPANY EVER AVOID please do not use this company they are terrible. I would give them minus stars if I could. So much damage … the owner Tim Bear is a total nightmare to deal with. It took 7 weeks for him to eventually send me the insurance claim form and it became a full time job just chasing him 3 times a day. CM removals did not do what was agreed on the quote … it took them 12 days after I moved to come back to put my bed together. Avoid them please ! I am now starting legal action.

I recently used this removal firm and couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were extremely efficient, handling everything with great care and professionalism. All of my furniture and belongings were carefully packed, dismantled, and reassembled without a single issue.

I had a particularly tricky triple wardrobe that had to be taken down two flights of narrow stairs. Even once dismantled, It seemed almost impossible, but they worked out a solution, and managed to get it out without causing any damage.

All three team members (Dave, Paul and Andy) were incredibly polite, helpful, and clearly experienced. No job was too difficult for them, and their positive attitude made the whole moving process so much less stressful. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable and professional removal service.

Despite a hiccup on packing day due to staff sickness, which couldn’t be helped - on moving day the team of guys who did our move were absolutely bloody brilliant. They were so kind, helpful, and above all, they worked SO hard to get everything packed up and unloaded for us. We are so grateful for all their hard work and kindness towards our kids and dog (which they also had to work around at various points throughout the day!)

We used CM Removals for our house move recently and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Tim came to our house to generate a quote, which we received that day. On comparison with other companies it was excellent value you for money. The office were always happy to answer questions and advice when we contacted them. We used the packing and dismantling service and over the two days of packing then moving the team (Andy, Paul, Mark, Dave and Oliver) were fantastic. All great guys who worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble, and we had a laugh with them throughout. They made the whole process as stress free as they possibly could. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Really good service all round. Tim came to the house soon after we called to generate the quote which was received the next day.

The quote was by far the cheapest that we obtained, so we did have reservations. However what seemed like a gamble did pay off and we were really impressed with the service throughout our move. When our exchange date was confirmed and booked, they delivered the boxes and lots of other packing materials (parcel tape, plastic bags for clothes, bubble wrap and wrapping paper (it was just the right amount, so wasn't wasteful).

On the Completion day, the guys arrived around 8am and worked hard from the first moment. Nothing was too much hassle and we had everything loaded by around 11am, which was great considering our two hour onward journey. Everything was efficiently done at the other end too.

They made what could have been a stressful day, stress free, so thanks very much to all involved.

I had a great experience with CM Removals. The team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with care. They made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free, and ensured everything arrived safely. Highly recommend for a reliable and efficient service!

Ideal service. Received all the packaging kit we needed from them. Then on the day the lads were fantastic. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and efficient. We used them for a national service with the move spread over 2 days. Shifted and rebuilt a number of large items without any damage or scratches to the property. Would highly recommend them.

No fuss, nice and quick. Polite guys who couldnt do enough to help out. First move for 37 years and was dreading it but went smoothly and was grief free.

Andy and the team made the whole moving experience stress free and streamlined. The skills of these guys is actually unbelievable. Not only are they fast, efficient, careful and courteous, their skills in moving, stacking, carrying, avoiding, remembering and basically
everything that needs to be taken into account, these guys do with bells on.
Added to the fact that their customer experience skills are phenomenal.
We want to move again soon, just so we can book CM Removals again.

CM Removals were brilliant to deal with in what turned out to be a very difficult move, from Tim in the office to Andy and the team carrying out the move everyone was really accommodating and made a hard day that bit easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone about to move.
