They are very unprofessional. My van broken down last Friday. They collected my van on same day and assured me that they were send my vehicle on the next day and today is 5th day and i am still waiting for my vehicle. Whenever i call, there unprofessional tele callers always gave surety but i still not receive my vehicle. OV16OVJ is my van's reg.

Also warnig be careful on person Sarah Robinson is a despotic terrorising person keeps pushing to put some more money , by using different metods. The end of a day landed with loan for a two years . Honestly, before the covid pandemic they were fairly good. For the life of me though, I couldn't understand why would they schedule calls with me via email rather than just respond to my email? Especially that they simply didn't call despite proposing time and date. In the end, I 'fired' them and noone was trying to retain me. Simply said 'ok'. Odd?
