For quite some time after I initially tried to open the Savings account I had chosen to invest into, I did not receive any correspondence or communication to inform me what the hold up was about?
Almost towards the end of the day I was informed I had to open an introductory account to credit my funds, which will then be transferred to my chosen Saving account.
I followed instructions to do so, within minutes my funds were credited to the new account, then promptly credited to my Savings account. I was pleased to note the speed of this transaction.
So, my money is safely saved with the Company. Thank you.

3/5 Days holding Cash Needs Banned by the FSA.
This business of holding people’s money transfer for 3/5 working days should be banned by the FSA! They can take the money out immediately and transfer immediately it even shows that it has disappeared from your account! So where does it go for 3/5 days? A holding account to gain interest for the investment bank? It’s kinda a Screw you idea to the customer!

Disliked app and use of unfamiliar terms
Disliked app - tiny on Ipad screen. Disliked lack of info/ explanation given by individuals in response to my ISA application. For example being told a ‘wet signature ‘ was needed. I have never heard that expression before. I was given no information about what it was or how I should supply that until I prompted the individual concerned. Got bored in the process and applied to an alternative provider that offered a more rapid, smoother process, more attuned to customer experience and needs with better on screen technology.

Smooth easy process
I transferred a cash ISA from another provider to CMC Invest as the rate was brilliant.
It was such an easy process! I was kept informed at each stage and now my information and ISA has been transferred with no fuss and very quickly - it doesn’t get better than that! Well done CMC, a company I thoroughly recommend

quick and easy ISA transfer and good customer service
Transferred my ISA and had a question about whether they’d heard back from ceding provider after I approved the transfer request. Norma replied quickly and updated me and a couple of days later the transfer was complete and I had message to notify me.
So far, app is simple to use, customer support is good and I’m happy with the service.
