Watch out for company now called CLZ distribution. Same scammers as CLZ performance

I ordered from this Company on 21st March, have not had an answer to 3 emails sent and no goods which should have been delivered by 25th March.
Checked today on their website it shows permanently closed, complete con artists.

Seems like a scam. Ordered replacement battery for my son's RC car and received confirmation with delivery expected on 16th February. Nothing arrived but I waited a few days, still nothing. Contacted them via e-mail, no response. As the issue was time sensitive and I needed the battery to test before the warranty on the car expired, contacted them via e-mail again explaining the situation. Still no response at all. Luckily paid by credit card so raised a dispute and have received refund immediately via CC. Will never use this company again and would advise you to avoid. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing!

Fraudulent company. Will take your money and not ship items- leaving you to reclaim on credit card. AVOID

Ordered parts , not recieved by due date. Cannot be contacted by phone, email or online.

Order placed, no delivery, no replies to e-mails, never answer phone.

Minor purchase by me but product absolutely as described and delivered within 48 hrs. Cannot fault this company and will be using again.

An absolute scam. Order placed 3 weeks ago. Item never delivered. Email don't get replied to, phone always leads to voicemails which also never get answered. Disgusting CS in 2024. Will pursue a refund via bank if possible. Wish i had paid via credit card. Avoid like the plague.

I recommend avoiding this seller and spending a few pounds more elsewhere to save yourself the hassle of blocking funds with your bank and potentially filing a court case to recover your money.

I ordered several items from CLZ PERFORMANCE that never arrived, despite repeated assurances that they had been dispatched. After consulting with my lawyer and suggesting that I would take the matter to court, they finally agreed to issue a refund.

Additionally, I ordered an item for which I paid extra shipping, but received something entirely different and cheaper. To make matters worse, they demanded that I return the incorrect item at my own expense and pay for shipping again for them to send the correct item, which was a mistake on their part.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I advise others to steer clear of this store to avoid similar issues.

How can these scum bags continue to trade, all they are doing is taking your money, lieing in response and giving time wasting excuses as to why items not arriving, then no response whatsoever

Order placed 26 march, estimated delivery 2-4 april. One week after scheduled delivery date item has still not arrived, have tried multiple times to contact them for an update (email/phone/contact form on their website) and I have had no response. Wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing.

Placed an order with CLZ Performance, and the item was never shipped. Have waited 3 weeks, and still nothing. Emailed them several times for an update and they simply ignore the emails. When you call the calls always go to voicemail, and they never return your calls. AVOID unless you like wasting your time and money.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, never arrived. Order tracking shows order fulfilled. Impossible to contact company, phones are never manned. (Shortly after posting this comment I was contacted and refunded so amending to a 2 star review as cautionary)

Fantastic Business with fantastic service

Avoid. Zero stars if I could. Ordered and paid for item. Well past delivery date still no sign of it being sent. No response to my email. No one picks up the phone and ignored on the chat bot. Have logged this with credit card company.

I ordered a solar battery charger from RAPID FACTORS - the Amazon store for CLZ Performance, as I was to leave my car at the airport for 2 weeks whilst on holiday. Here's what happened:-
Item NOT DISPATCHED
NO RESPONSE to Amazon message
NO RESPONSE to DIrect Email
NO RESPONSE to Phonecall.
Conclusion, NO RESPECT for this company.
