Great prices, selection can be limited, but to be expected given the nature of the business. Have always had good service with Clymb. Packages arrive quickly. Products fit well per sizing info. I also find items here that I don’t see on other sites or in regular brick and mortar stores. Worth having on your list of places to check when shopping.

I spent $200 on two items at three am two days ago. The next day a few hours later I tried to add a twenty dollars long sleeve Nike shirt. So I would not have to pay for shipping two times. So iv been trying to call, all I get is a busy signal.iv left my number and asked u guys to please call me. For two days now. And u guys will not no communication with me!!! Now I had a text from you about a 15% off so not a happy costomers. Plus iv been a loyal customer over ten years!!! Now. I remember in the past ib be able to call and u guys would pick up and deal with any issues. I want the Nike shirt at 15% off and no shipping fee??? I thought 💭 I was buying the same socks in different colors but they are different.

Mistake in clothing label size. Size 2 is extra small not a MEDIUM!

Also a return never subtracts shipping from the full item price when shipping was extra and already paid once by the customer. If you subtract shipping from my return you will hear from me all over social media.

It’s been 7 days and usps hasn’t received the item for shipping. If you can use any other site you should.

I was a member of the original Clymb and purchased from the site often. This is my first purchase under the new platform/owner. As always prices are good and I received my order timely. However, I sure like the old site for shopping much better. I found that the filters when searching did not always work. Frankly, too much clutter which makes it real hard to continue shopping.

Ordered shoes. Received a notice of shipping. Then received an email that purchase was refunded. Left to presume that the shoes were somehow not available. Seems like something out of sequence.

A few days after I ordered a pair of shoes, they sent an email that let me know that they can't fulfill it. I got the same email from another site, Steals. I think they are probably the same company under different names.

Even though not all the items I purchased worked for me, the return was easy and I got a quick and response from customer service.

I ordered four pairs of women's shoes, all in size 10. Two pairs of shoes arrived that were men's size 10 and men's size 7 and are not even the style of shoe I ordered. What a mess.
