Small mistake corrected, quick response when right
I ordered a product, looked great, but was not what we wanted in the end. So we returned it, sent an email to inform them. No response. Sent an email that theyve received the parcel and that I would like an response. Still no response, nor did I get a refund.
I messaged them trough etsy, got a response immediately and got a refund.
Apparently there was a small mistake in the email. Now everything is fine.
