I was really disappointed when I noticed significant pilling on my dress after wearing it only once to a wedding. I contacted Club L London with photos of the issue, and their customer service team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
Ruth was very kind and quick to respond, investigated the issue, and acknowledged that the quality was below their usual standard. They processed a full refund for the dress, and I was able to keep the item rather than having to return it.
I really appreciate how fairly and efficiently my issue was handled. Even though I was disappointed with the quality of the dress, the customer service experience was excellent. Thank you, Ruth! 🤍

I bought a dress for a wedding
I bought a dress for a wedding, on arrival looked paler than picture. I was waiting on another dress coming so I had choice, when other one arrived I went to return this dress and you only get 14 days to return so I’m left with a dress that dosent suit my skin tone at £150. The dress is beautiful service was fast but cannot return reason for 3 stars.

First time using Club L London and they did not disappoint! I needed a “best dressed wedding guest dress” and ordered a few to try on. The parcel arrived quick and packaging was amazing. I had a missing item from a delivery and I queried this with both Chloe and Ruth.. they both did a great job in helping! I started my query off with Chloe who was very patient and told me exactly what I needed to do, then I picked the query back up with Ruth who was able to understand my concern and offer a range of solutions. Very disappointing experience
I returned my order two months ago and was expecting my €195 refund. Instead, Club L London put the money into my store credit, even though I NEVER requested or agreed to store credit.
I contacted customer service about this, and they confirmed that the €195 would be refunded to my bank account. I trusted that confirmation and waited. The money never arrived.
Now, after all this time, they are telling me that the money is back in my store credit again. This is completely unacceptable. I have been going back and forth with customer service about MY OWN MONEY for weeks, despite having written confirmation that it would be refunded.
I am extremely angry and disappointed with how this has been handled. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for a refund after returning an order.
I am now considering starting a petition to collect signatures from other customers who have experienced similar problems. If this situation is not resolved, I will also consider reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and taking further legal action.
Think twice before ordering from Club L London. My experience with their refund process and customer service has been absolutely unacceptable.

We’re sorry to hear you were left frustrated by this situation.
Having reviewed your return, I can confirm that the refund was processed back to your original payment method on 29 July and this has now been resolved.
When registering a return, there are two refund options available through the returns portal, and the store credit option was selected when your return was created. This is why the refund was initially placed into your store credit balance.
Once this was brought to our attention, it was sorted straight away and the refund was processed back to your original payment method.
We’re sorry for any confusion caused, but we’re pleased that this has now been resolved for you.
