I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from club l london sometime ago and unfortunately the dress no longer fitted. I spoke with Doris who kindly assisted me to return the dress in exchange for store credit to reorder the dress in a new size. Very grateful for the help!

Absolutely excellent customer service from Julie. I contacted Club L after noticing a few marks on the inside of a dress I’d just received. I really didn’t want to have to returned it as it was sold out.
Julie was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. She listened to the issue and quickly came up with a solution I was genuinely happy with, allowing me to keep the dress and have it professionally cleaned myself.
Such a refreshing customer service experience, no hassle, no back and forth, just a really helpful and fair resolution. She was an absolute credit to Club L London. Thank you! 🤍

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding
I ordered a dress for an upcoming family wedding and when it was not received by the due date - I contacted Club L to understand what the status of my order was. Initially I was told it would take up to 5 working days for the issue to be investigated - which would be after the event I needed the dress for and after insisting that this would not work for me - they said they would get back to me with a few hours. In fairness, they did get back to me and offered me an option - not to fulfill the order and deliver the dress to me or even to process a refund - but offered me a store credit - so I would be left with no dress for the event and not even getting my money back. I had to continue to push before they eventually agreed to give me a refund. And here I am now 3 days before the event having to start from scratch and find an alternative dress without having received the refund. So extremely disappointing - expected much more in trying to meet their obligations and deliver the dress that I ordered and paid for.
