This club 3000 is an absolute joke, I won £90 and decided to withdraw had to send pic of bank card which I did, can’t understand why as deposit from same card so they already have the details, anyhoo email came back telling me they rejected my card as id but I could send it again so I did twice and I also uploaded my driving licence with picture and my address which can be seen clearly. That was 5 days ago, clearly there is something wrong with this club. I have never ever had this much trouble from any other club I have won from, getting paid out more or less within a 24hr period. I’m not going to stop demanding the money I won, I will be complaining to a higher authority. I certainly do not recommend playing on club 3000, it is a complete and utter shambles. They don’t even give a telephone number soyou can call customer service everything has to be done by email that in itself is worrying.

I fail to understand how payment providers and regulators can allow this site to take deposits instantly.
As if you win as I have real cash not bonus cash you suddenly realise the hoops you have to jump through to withdraw your cash .

DO NOT PLAY club3000 online bingo!! It’s run by a company called jumpman, look at the reviews of this company on here! I cannot believe that Club3000 are associated with such a scamming company and allow there players to be treated despicably by this company and do nothing about it! To cut a long story short, I won a substantial amount of money, went to withdraw and was told I had to be verified (that’s fine I play on other sites so I expected an id and address check) How wrong was I, this company want everything from numerous cards, id etc form Apple Pay to PayPal 27 times I have sent documents and still not verified! I have emailed numerous times and no response! They have broken their licensing rule condition 17 and I will be perusing this through every regulatory body possible. I withdrew my money then 3 days later they put it back in my account, I tried to withdraw again as I didn’t want the temptation to play the funds and they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw it, they hoped I would play it and I did! (Played right into their hands) BUT they have broken licensing rules as my withdrawl should not have been held up because of verification as I had been a member for a while they should have completed verification ‘at the earliest opportunity’. I have a limit on my account so I am not a problem gambler, I enjoy playing but that money should have been in my bank account and not in theirs, had I got my withdrawl it would all have been fine. I am disgusted at club3000 allowing this conning company to operate on their behalf! I have complained to Oliver Fraser at club3000 and still no response from him!

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO TO CARDIFF WETERN AVENUE CLUB3000 they refuse to pay out winnings and completely par you off… the manager “Martin” is a complete pr*** and so is the caller … the caller calls way to fast with a weird voice you can’t even understand “lee” when you wanna raise a complaint they just push you off with head offices number genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had gambling and I’ve never been to been to bingo before accept this once MARK MY WORDS DO NOT ATTEND CARDIFF WESTERN AVENUE THE PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN even the people on our floor heard the shout also waved my hands and he still persisted calling and dodged Me if you like as a customer then when I when to challenge the caller ignoring me the manager just shut me off instantly with attitude no sympathy no apology just a nice head office number the worst manager I have ever had to deal with by far you should really look into his employment at club3000 as everyone I spoke to that goes there has said the same thing

Go to Middleton club 3000 it's a good club and prize money great. However had a meal today sausage and chips never tasted anything as disgusting in my life. Chips had an odd taste and looked like they had been reheated and the sausage was so tough couldn't cut it with knife and had odd taste so if I get ill I will be sending health authority to see them. The staff in the kitchen are really ignorant as well can see you stood waiting but carry on talking then when they serve you have you standing at the till while they carry on talking so your food is going cold. Won't be having food there again.

If 0 stars was an option I would have given Club 3000 0. This site is a joke. Initially when I joined a few months ago I had to jump through hoops to claim my winnings which after numerous emails and sending off everything but my personal measurements I managed to claim my winnings. I have recently returned after self excluding for a while and you guessed it had to go through the whole rigmarole again. I have uploaded all requested documents 10 times and still cannot withdraw my £66 winnings which when I can eventually get my money I then have to pay them £2.50 for the pleasure. STAY OFF THIS SITE IT IS A CON.

So two and a half months ago took £100 out of my bank account unauthorised, therefore I opened a dispute with PayPal. Since, that they locked my account and would not open it until I sent off all my documents. Sent all that off, and they come back asking for the same identification from ALL card members on my PayPal (despite them having NOTHING to do with my club 3000 account) but this time asking for a ‘selfie of them holding their identification’, you honestly can’t make it up! They make it difficult for you to retrieve your money on purpose. I sent all identification off (reluctantly) 4 weeks ago. They have now opened my account but I canno't withdraw my winnings! And also they have taken the £100 that they took from my bank account!!! They have told me 'as you can see by the transaction history, what was there before your account got locked has been refunded' but it hasnt as they have not refunded me the £100 they took from my account which I did not authorise! Due to it now being almost 3 months to recieve my money, and club 3000 aren't doing anything about it. I will now be taking this to the ombudsman.

Disgusting site never had such bad things to say about anything but omg not kidding 30 emails to verify my id sent everything they have asked for 10 times an still wont let me withdraw my winnings but still lets me deposit cant even speak to anybody what a joke in so mad

The worst online site I have ever been on charge £2 fee when you withdraw from your winnings Bingo I played there was only me playing (aad I still Lost!) Very Poor stick to Mecca and Buzz

I joined club3000bingo 2 years ago,as I stayed in all the time my Friend Mary introduced me to it, I go 2-3 times a week now,I went to Christmas party on Sunday 8/12/19 what a superb day,Christmas meal second to none wine on the table, give away prizes,free bingo with good payouts all for £10 we spent the whole day there and paid for our evening bingo,I have met some lovely people there and class them as my friends, The staff make me feel so special they are part of my family. They worked so hard to make the day Special and they certainly did that. I would just like to give them a great big Thank you and Wish them a Very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year, I won’t be going anywhere else for my bingo. I’ll be in Wednesday night as my Grandaughters 18th on Friday so I will be with my family then. It’s a 10/10 from Christina xx

Club3000 online bingo used my name twice as recent winners.
I played bingo regularly on this site and was gobsmacked to see my name winning £26700.
When I contacted Club3000 I was told it was an error and has been removed.
This should not of been displayed.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
