I love Club 1 Hotels because the booking is fast and easy and the rates are ALWAYS lower than booking with the hotel directly. I am able to view all of my bookings in one place and I really love the idea of receiving points on every booking to use towards future bookings. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS!!!

I have been a member for several years, but up to now I have not booked with them. To be honest, I have not lookedtoo hard, but don't see too much benefit against booking directly with Hilton. The hassle of buying points, not sure about elite status benefits, and the worry about trust following some of the reviews has kept me away from booking.
I have just read a sensible review which may change my mind. Book well in advance, and check directly with the hotel that the booking is made as requested and confirmed.

It’s a fraud!
Imagine yourself you are 10 hours flight from home with 2 small children, you get into hotel after you booked and payed amount of more then 4k$ 4 months a head . You get into the hotel and they are saying to you that your order was cancelled by some middle agent and they don’t have any available rooms for you . Of course not on the price and type of room you booked! And you are calling to this club 1 service hour and hours no Answer calls message email or nothing !! We had no choice but to repay the all stay again ! And no we are changing this fraud company yo get our money back !

Maybe you will save 100-200 dollars but the pain and shame is from hall
