I have played and won several times. I have received every withdrawal I have requested. But is was only for $50 or $60 wins np problem. My only beef is that when u get to a certain level. Their deposits, start at no less than $50. And you don't win very often. Other than that it's all good. Guess I was one of the lucky ones to receive my winnings

I’ve just seen this new review aswell I am in the same boat I e call gaming commission I am now taking legal action against this conpany they should not be trading as a gaming company at all and if the gaming commission lets this carry on then I am totally shocked by it they need to be closed down urgently after all the reviews of you look about the company that runs them jumpman gaming what a complete robbing scam company they are

After reading this and many like this.. and there's many issues like this , you will find the Company is very fraudulent and thivish. Its going 5 days now and I still haven't received my monies yet , I supplied all my documents and had 2-3 withdrawals already that took each time 4-5 days to receive after several emails but this time I just get auto responses .
I feel the company doesn't have the funds to pay winners so they drag you along till they make up the money if you lucky and I also feel victimised as my surname and complection don't allow me to be serviced accordingly.

It's the only casino that constantly ask you for verification details after every withdrawal ..which indicates that they are scamming .

I plead with the public rethink your
gaming experience and also if you can help us by calling the Gambling Commission and providing information on how you been treated by this Fraudulent company that would be awesome.

Like many others, I have tried to withdraw winnings from this site and they don't let you. They send you to a VR code to upload your id documents and the code and id verification site don't work so it is impossible for you to get money out. Avoid this Casino at all costs it is an ABSOLUTE FRAUD. This is definitely a scam. They don.t ask for any id when you upload money but then they fail to let you withdraw without it. I also have had the experience where the customer service never respond to you. I am sure this must be contrary to the Lottery and Gaming Commissions rule on responsible gambling as they make you carry on playing with your winnings until they are all lost. I urge all those with the same problems to start bombarding the Commission with email complaints so this company can be shut down quickly. FRAUDSTERS

I have tried multiple times to withdrawl my money and it is not allowing me too. It has asked me contact support team which I have multiple times and nobody has got back to me!!! You’re okay to deposit money so they are quick to take your money but when it is time to withdraw there’s a problem. Don’t use this casino website!! I am still waiting for a response after 7 days!! Absolutely fuming. I can’t believe it

If you dare to put a review on they shut down your account like they have with me and after waiting to be paid out yet took my money straight away
Let these companies go bust as they upset people as the reviews confirm disgraceful company
They will contact you and ask for you to remove your review then suspend your account

Do not touch this site. Complete scam, will not let you upload documents you need to withdraw but will happily take your money. No email response. When you log out and try to log back in you get an invalid email notification. Tried to reset but never receive the email link. They’re criminals, have reported to the gaming agency.

This is the worst site I have ever played on.
The games are totally rigged and it’s really obvious.
I always play Big Bass Bonanza and it will always give you 2 scatters but if you watch on the last 2 reels there are no scatters on them and this happens 9 out of 10 times.
This site can not be regulated because they have to give you a fair chance and Clover Casino will just rob you blind.

I was actually going to give 5 stars. Good games, had some good wins and even though they ask for a lot of documents to verify account which is annoying. Once verified withdrawals are normally paid out by the next day.

I am however only giving 1 star. After having my account fully verified and having a few wins. I went to withdraw for about the 4th/5th time. It wouldn't let me and said to contact support (still waiting to hear back and don't know how long that will take)
I logged in today and it said to upload documents. Went to the upload documents page and all my documents are still there and verified. If they plan on asking for more they won't be getting them, they already ask for more than any site should to start with. I provided and had that verified.

Update: 7 days later + me sending a follow up email to them and still no response. So I can't withdraw but also can't get a response to tell me why.

Update 2: 20 days without a response. Tried opening a case on resolver to get a response. I did get one but they have gone in circles asking me the same details 4 times now so still won't get an answer.
Basically they don't want people to play on the site?

Would rate it less if u could absolute joke of a customer service team no live chat, blocked my account uploaded all documents they should require and still not responding. Dont think they should be allowed to operate without out a live chat and the email process can take up to 3 days for a response, where see if I get my withdrawal winning but like everyone else below not looking likely stick to main sites not worth the hassle

I didn't race to upload my verification documents but I wish I had. You cannot upload from an existing photo so have to use the sites fixed settings. After half an hour of trying to square up my ID doc I came to the realisation that it would never accept what I wanted to upload. The message flicked from too close, move closer align even when I had my details square in the frame. Don't sign up, there are plenty of user friendly sites out there.

Absolutely awful website. Do not use, very happy to take your money but seem to make it impossible to make withdrawals. Conveniently very easy to deposit though! Useless customer service and awful response times. AVOID!!!!!

currently owe me >£2k and no one gets back to me - customer support is just gone silent yet they were happy to accept my payments - i guess i learn from the rest this is a scam they have all your personal info like drivers licence, bank account, address so it must be a scam
