Ordered on 12th November 2023. Have we been scammed?

Ordered goods & all the shipping advice is coming from a site which has Malware warnings of scams, with only 2 movements of our parcel in the USA listed. The sales receipt was from a UK connection & so far we have waited 2 weeks for a small parcel. Interestingly, in the past we had received 3 large floor mats from another USA company within a few days as they were shipped by FedEx. Cloudymet have manages to send the parcel from one side of the USA to the other in 14 days. We are starting to worry!!
